How to set up 2 meals per day for 3 days?
1) Setting the feeding time for the first two meals；
2) Set the time for the remaining three meals to12:00 AM (12H clock)；
3) The feeder can memorize your schedules and will repeat daily as long as it’s powered on.
How long does a full charge take?
Thanks to the massive battery, it takes 6-8 hours to fully charge and lasts up to 1 month.
I set times for 5 meals, why does this automatic cat feeder wet food only show 2?
1) This feeder only displays incomplete feeding plans per day. The meal number icon disappears once the plan is complete, and lights up the next day
2) The feeder only shows one if you duplicate feeding plans, , the others will be reset to 12:00am
Please charge the feeder first when you receive the package.
The feeder may run out of power as the long time of sea transport. One charge provides up to 30-day of use.
Why doesn’t the lid of my feeder close tightly?
Please double check that the ice pack are aligned with the positioning points on the base.

Works well, but not quite as advertised
This works pretty much as described, with the exception that it does not keep food cold for 24 hours. Overall I think this is a well made device so, even though it did not meet my needs, I still gave it 4 stars. I’ve written what I think are the strengths and weaknesses of this design, from my perspective.Strengths-Reliable – it’s easy to program and the programming works on time.-Battery life – I only used it for 10 days but there were no issues and I think it would easily last a month. -It’s wonderful that it doesn’t have to be near a power source.-So quiet! Only one unintrusive beep when the tray rotates. Otherwise, it’s silent.-Easy to clean.Weaknesses-Icepacks don’t last 24 hours, even when fully frozen to start with, in a cool climate on a cool day with an indoor temp of 65F and food that has been stored in the fridge before putting it in the food tray. At best they lasted 12 hrs.-2 icepacks is too few. You need one set in the freezer while the other is in the device – it should come with at least 4.-The beep telling the cat to come eat is too quiet and nearly identical to the beep that my oven timer makes. My cat is well accustomed to ignoring this noise. She woke me up each morning and would not go and eat until I walked in and showed her the food was there. I thought she’d get used to it after a few days but she didn’t.-Lastly, the “stainless steel” smells when there is moisture in it. Her food does not smell like that in her ceramic dish. However, in this tray, it smells distinctly of a wet dog after an hour or so. Pretty gross smelling.I wanted a wet food auto feeder for 2 reasons. 1) to feed my cat in the morning without being woken up early and 2) to be able to leave her for 1-2 nights occasionally with reliable wet food feedings without having to get a cat sitter. I put just as much effort into feeding her with this feeder as I did before with a simple ceramic dish and definitely could not leave her overnight with it, due to the food temp issue.I think this device would be great for someone who just has long work days out of the house and/or truly needs to feed their cat wet food 6x/day. I wouldn’t get this feeder if they have whisker sensitivity – it’s pretty deep and narrow. This isn’t an issue for my cat but it is for some.

Finally getting some sleep!
This worked out so well. Before we got this product our cat woke us up at 3AM, 6AM and was lying by the door at 3pm acting as if he had walked miles for a morsel of food before we got home from work. He now has trained himself to come to the feeder (instead of the bedroom door) when he hears the beep of the feeder. Definitely worth the money.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. One of the feeders clearly was returned and didn’t have the ice packs in it. The packaging was all messed up as well.

Works for 3 programs max
Works GREAT for 3 days and not for the rest.I bought for a 4 day vacation to feed my cat and provide his medication. I tested it for 2 weeks prior and each time it only opens for the first 3 times your program and then nothing after that. Just know that the MAX days will be 3.

Game changer for cat on medication schedule
My cat likes feeding from this more than a conventional feeder. He seems to enjoy the food cold and is willing to come back for seconds. I am still getting him used to it changing trays, but it is certainly more convenient for myself as I can program several feeding.Programing the timer takes some thought. Because of my cats medication schedule I am using it as an elapsed timer so I always reset the clock to 12 AM and then time the openings at 1 hour, 2 hour, etc later.I have found my cats prefer the stainless traysAnd I can prove to my vet that that cat does not get his food too close to his medication

Game changer!!!
My cat has to eat wet food 2 times a day and I would have to rely on someone stopping over to feed him, even if I just couldn’t get home on time in the evening. I got this initially to use while I was gone for a few days but it has become a daily use tool now. Holds the charge incredibly well! I have used consistently for a month and haven’t had to charge it. However, the ice packs don’t stay cold for more than 12 hours so I would recommend freezing the wet food beforehand if you’re going to use it without switching the ice pack for more than 1 day. I put food in 2 slots and only use the ice pack on the right side. Then in the morning after he has eaten a meal I switch out the ice packs so the food stays good until the evening if I’m not home. But I freeze food if I am leaving for over a day. Hope this helps! Definitely buy this if your fur baby has a wet food only diet!

instructions are typical Chinese crap
most of the similar Chinese pieces of crap have a confused and unintelligible set of instructions or virtually none at all. my intension for a 6 place feeder was to have the option to set the feeder for two feedings a day for three days. I did not give this feeder 5 stars because they failed a clear in box set of direction to allow the use of it over three days, or one meal for six days. so I had to go to Google and found if you set the first two feeding times and allow the rest to remain at 12:00am it would feed twice a day to your times and simply repeat. the key was leaving all the time slots at 12:00am except the two times you want to feed each day, so it does the job well, but the instructions are poor. others I sent back have not help at all and just present as a 6 place feeder. they set up to feed 6 meals in one day…few need that.

Bin zufrieden. Für meinen kleinen Hund 8kg reicht die Napfgrösse aus. Nach ca 3 Wochen läuft das Gerät tadellos und erleichtert mir die pünktliche Fütterung zu Hause. Die Reinigung des Drehtellers aus Edelstahl ist super einfach, das Abmontieren des Motors vom Gehäuse ist eine Qual und hat 20 Min gedauert, da er sich nicht wie in der Anleitung beschrieben “einfach” drehen lässt, sondern feststeckt. Musste mit flachen Schraubendrehern ran und sehr aufpassen, dass nichts abbricht.

Would have given 5 stars, but ice packs only suitable for one day. Easy to programme, for feeds just put in times and it repeats every day. Handy if you have to go out and want to ensure your pet is feed that night, Can leave plugged in so no worry about loss of power. Easy to clean.

I get really confused with this setting the timers but otherwise I love it. It’s so easy to clean and use the ice packs! Just being neurodivergent not so friendly in those terms.. my cats happy with it too, doesn’t scare her or anything and she eats well.
