Cats love it!
We opened this on Christmas morning for our 4 cats. Two of the cats loved it, one looked on (he’s timid) and the other stayed away (she’s anti-social). I think they’ll all play with it when they don’t have to compete. Definitely a keeper. Every year I look for new interactive toys. Love this one. They love the laser and chase the light, they can restart it by touching it and it rolls so if it’s knocked over it’s ok. Yay! I might buy another.

All three of our cats loves this toy and we may need to pick up additional unit
All three of our cats loves this toy.Other two cats are waiting for a chance to play while one cat is plying with it.We may need to pick additional units for each out our cats…..The beams emitted is unpredictable which entice the cats and they seem to play forever.The unit has 3 modes (Standard, fast speed and handheld mode)The unit cycles for 2 minutes +/- and it said to be can be awaken and activated cat by touch it but our cats has not yet learned to do this (not sure if they ever will learn?)It charges via USB-C and charges in approx. an hour.

Lame Laser Patterns.
The unit functions very well but needs more programs to shadow lasers in different patterns. My cats were bored with it after 15 minutes.

Laser cat “spinner”
Cute cat laser toy. Works great. Cats love it. They took to it so quickly, I was surprised.Has 2 different angled lasers to attract and excite the cats. Charge via USBC. Toy has 3 modes. Standard, fast speed and handheld mode. After charging the farthest pointing light is very bright, but after just a few cycles dims noticeably. Lasts 20ish (maybe more) 2 minute cycles for play, then needs a recharge. Charging takes about an hour and is ready again. A nice feature is that it doesn’t need you to press a button to reactivate. As long as it has a charge a light tap or, due to sensitivity, tapping the floor near it starts another cycle. My cats took less than a day to learn this and will keep it active for 20-30 minutes at a time. Sometimes killing the battery in one play session. One of the cats has even decided he likes to swat and bat this around. Good so far. Over all a nice toy, my only issue is the activation button to turn on initially. You have to long press the white portion of the head, but it helps to hold in your hand. This then causes it to start turning on your hand, which is a no no according to the instructions for this toy due to possibly damaging the internal motors for spinning. Besides that, nice product and my cats love it.

Update: I can’t believe how much this toy gets played with! You know how a toy will frequently get a lot of attention and then get ignored after a little while? My orange cat plays with this every single day, throughout the day. He keeps coming back to it. I charge it every morning and he gets so excited when he hears the bell on it because he knows it’s coming. He’s pretty much monopolizing it now, and it’s without question his favorite toy. I wish I could give it more stars.Original review: I have tried several toys similar to this, but they didn’t hold up long and the cats couldn’t reactivate them. This has surpassed my expectations and I have one cat in particular that will play with it for hours at a time! He’s one of those cats who meows at you, looks you right in the face and knocks your stuff to the floor, so he’s pretty pawsy, which our Ragdolls aren’t. He’s our gas station rescue kitty and he’s an orange, spicy thing. He figured out really quickly if he smacks it, like he does everything (and everyone) else it lights up again and off he goes. The laser range changes height and distance so it’s not the same circle over and over again, and it will change direction as well. There are two different lasers which is helpful if you have multiple cats. I’m adding a video of him turning it back on. (Please excuse my floor, between the cats and the two dogs, it’s in a constant state of needing to be vacuumed.) It’s simple to charge with a USBC cable. It does come with one, but I’ve just been using my phone charger because it’s handy. It only takes about an hour to fully charge and lasts all day with heavy play. It’s a little expensive at $26 but it works so well I’m not too upset. If it holds up I think it would be worth it and I might get another one for our living room. If it dies in a few weeks that would change my mind. I’ll definitely update if it goes out on us, but I’m really hoping it’s as good as it has been the first week. I’d definitely recommend based on what we’ve seen and how much my cats are enjoying it, and especially how entertained my spicy kitty has been!
