Works perfectly
Giant and awesome, does exactly what it says it does. Litter falls in, and doesn’t come back out until you empty it on purpose. My cats have not been able to overcome this mat despite their intense drive to fill my entire home with kitty litter.

Update 02/28/23 – Came back here to say this mat performed exactly as expected with a recent accident my cat had. He’s a little big for his box & over-sprayed. I’m embarrassed to admit that I didn’t notice it for a day. The mat absorbed it spite of the his spray dripping off the edge of the box for hours before drying! My floors were untouched. I hand washed it with enzyme cleaner pre-treatment (soaked for 15 min), regular laundry detergent, & a 10 min soak in laundry sanitizer. No smell! I laid it out to dry & in an hour it was COMPLETELY dry. I was shocked. If your cat has a serious urination issue, it might not work if saturated very heavily, but for the occasional vomit or miss of the litter box, this is an excellent option. 10/10 would recommend!!First and foremost, don’t panic about this not “flattening out.” This mat flattened out for me in 24 hours when I placed the litter box on top of it. The mat also advises using a hair dryer to help flatten any creases, but I didn’t even need to do that. I also did not detect a smell after 24 hours and after 48 hours, any signs of a scent were completely gone.Pros:- Traps litter almost completely: I use pine pellets with my cat and while this was already a low-tracking litter option, it does still track enough that I was having to sweep around the litterbox daily to keep it out of the rest of my house. Now I only do this once a week! The mat traps all of the sawdust and even captures escaped pellets.- Easy to clean: I simply lift the honeycomb top layer and sweep away the sawdust from the waterproof bottom layer with a small hand broom & dustpan, but it’s equally as easy to empty this by picking it up and emptying into a trash can.- The honeycomb material is soft & still sturdy- so far has held up well- I appreciate the XL size of this mat. I have a large cat, with a large litter box, so the extra real estate is appreciated to help it fit under the box completely.Cons: None!Notes:- I could maybe see the honeycomb getting torn up if you were to walk on this a lot. However, if only your cat will be walking across this, I don’t see it being an issue.- I have not tested the waterproof effectiveness of this mat

Must have if you have cats and dislike the litter off the floors
This product has last me for 2 years so far and still going! So the quality of this mat is at its best! Easy to clean. It looks good in front of the litter box doing its job of keeping that irritating litter off of my floors! The thickness of the mat is good nothing seeps through once accidents happen. Best value of my money spent to keep the cat area well maintained. The functionality of this mat is simple to use!

Best litter mat ever
I have had many litter mats over the last 22 years of having cats. None of them perform as well as this one. It effectively traps the litter and it’s so easy to dump the trapped litter back into the litter box or into the trash. The area around the mat is clean!

Easy to clean and very durable
This mat makes it so much easier being able to lift open for easy cleaning and for using pads. The size is perfect, its a large mat which covers a good area. I have one cat that pees on litter mats instead of in the box sometimes (this has been a struggle for a while unfortunately). The mat itself is easy to use, thick enough and dense enough to not leak through, easy to wash in the tub or outside, collects tracked litter easily, and i find it very durable. I also like that smell does not linger after a good wash (i do recommend some sort of enzyme spray to really get out smells).Overall great product and would recommend over pocket style litter mats.

Huge Improvment.
Mat fits perfectly under either one or two litter boxes. Has improved the capture of litter particles significantly. It is also very easy to clean and pour excess litter back into the litter box. Great product.

Budget Option with Flaws
The mat does come folded and takes a couple days to remove the wrinkles and lay flat. There is no grip on the bottom side of the mat, so if you have tile or laminate flooring it will slide around easily. Only one end is sewn onto the mat, so the grid layer flips up very easily and is attractive to curious cats to crawl under and make a mess. Would have been a better design if three sides of the mat were sewn, with only one opening to dump the litter.The mat does an okay job at catching the litter, due to the large size and only having one of the ends sewn, it makes cleaning out the litter a bit cumbersome. For liquid spills it’s easy to take it outside and hose it off. Needs about a day to dry after.The price is cheaper than most pet stores, I would recommend this mat if you are on a tight budget. It has reduced the amount of litter on the floor, but I still need to vacuum the litter box room at least once every other day.

I have two large Maine Coons and this mat works perfectly! It catches almost all the litter from their big paws, stays in place, and is super easy to shake out and clean. Durable, large enough for both cats, and makes a huge difference—highly recommend!

I bought this to replace my old mat that was worn out and impossible to keep clean. This one how ever is a breeze, it comes clean with little effort. I love that it doesn’t absorb water it wicks right off. I will say that the picture is very misleading tho, it’s definitely not that big, which is perfect cause it fits perfectly where I need it. If your considering buying this,don’t hesitate. I promise you’ll love it
