Almost the Right Fit
Perfect for destructive puppies! Appropriate stand height for my 18-month-old Boxer puppy. The weighted bowl and non-skid bottom prevent from the dish sliding while eating & helps to keep determined chewers from easily lifting or turning this pretty dish into ceramic jigsaw pieces. raggedy chew toy. Easily worth the money and performs as intended: slows my speed racing eater down. Reducing the incidence of bloat or choking.Con: my fur baby is fed .5 cup of large breed dog food and the dish’s grooves were not quite high enough to prevent his initial gooble marathon. I ended up ordering the next size up and it works perfectly.

A great bowl to significantly slow down a dog from gulping his food in 60 seconds – to instead maybe 3 -5 minutes. Heavy enough to not be pushed around the floor.

Good job slowing our shoehorns down a bit.
Doesn’t slow our dog down much, but better than his usual bowl. Wish this came in stainless steel, not ceramic, so I’m extra careful when washing it.

Highly Recommended Bowl
1 week review: I am really impressed with this solid, not hollow ceramic bowl. The videos are pretty good in describing it. I got the 9.5 inch white bowl and is pretty heavy at 2.8 lbs. I use a rug because I did not want to worry about the stick on feet going down the disposal. It came in a nice gift box. Easy to clean because the dividers are circular and no weird designs, so you can just whirl around them with a scrubbie or brush. I hand wash it because I don’t run the dishwasher everyday, but I did put it on the bottom rack once and it came out well. I’ve bumped it into the granite counter top when cleaning and did not chip it. It is slippery when soapy so hold on. I use wet & kibble food so I do have to scoop any remaining food toward the center or my 65 lb poodle gets annoyed trying to lick around the bowl. I also turn it so she can get into other areas.

Nice bowl, poor stand.
The bowl is nice, as described. The stand is mediocre at best. It doesn’t hold together, it is difficult to clean and it holds moisture and became mildewed.

Have this in 2 different colors. Slows down the dogs enough at meal times. The stands are great to help elevate the bowls. Have rubber feet to keep the bottom of the bowl from sliding around.Can stick the bowls in the dishwasher and they are nice and sturdy compared to others I have.Aggressive chewers won’t make a dent in these.
