Great value, great bowl
The bowl is wider than I thought, so if you’re the type to feed your cat a heaping bowl of all their food for the day it will still be big enough to do so. I’ve used both hard food and wet food in this bowl and it’s done wonders. My cat tends to shovel the food as fast as he can in attempt to steal my kittens food in the process. This bowl not only slows him down enough to reduce vomiting, but it also teaches him to properly chew his food so he takes longer and gets full easier. For the first time he’s actually left food behind with meals to go back to later. I’m very happy with this product. It is a bit light weight, but the texture of the bowl grips well to flat surfaces. I do warn though that the groves will be too long for kittens to use, but it works for full grown cats.

Good bowl
Already lost it but it did really good! My dog didn’t try to eat it and it slowed her down! Nice color, easy to wash, fit about ½ cup food. Not good for inpatient dogs as my moms dog knocked my dogs food bowl over and food flew everywhere .

UPDATE: so this is still a lightweight bowl that easily gets moved around. If your cat is aggressive, it may not work. However! My cat has adapted and now only pushes it around a little, all while eating slower. I updated my review because technically my cat is eating slower and it isn’t making the mess it did before. 2 stars to 4 stars now that my cat has had time to get adjusted to it.This product seems made well, but it’s very light, so my cat just flips it over. Some weight or suction cups would be nice because it’s very messy without.

Great value, high quality materials, very durable, wouldn’t hesitate to clean in dishwasher. Materials make it stable so pet has no trouble eating, has been a great way to slow our pets eating so there is less vomiting from eating too fast.

Does what it’s intended to
These are OK. They serve their purpose of slowing my cat down when he eats dry food. However, they do slide all over hard surface floors. This makes it a little frustrating because my cat ends up pushing it around while trying to get the dry food out and that prevents me from using these with their auto feeder. I’d be happier if there was a suction cup or something similar used to keep them stable and in place on hard surfaces.

This was a gift for my sister‘s cats. They had been eating very quickly and vomiting afterwards. With this slow feeder, both of them have slowed down on eating and are no longer vomiting after eating.

Love this! Ended up buying another one for my other cat, he seemed jealous and wanted his own 🙂 Love that I can throw it in the dishwasher. Definitely helped my cat slow down when he ate, he was throwing up lots and I had taken him to the vet because of his stomach issues. Was recommended to get a slow feeder. This works great. Great quality slow feeder. Silicone isn’t flimsy and the gaps are a perfect size. No food gets stuck in the gaps that you can’t reach when washing which make cleaning super easy.Also came with a little brush to clean it which I love.Only thing is the Suction cup on the back isn’t super strong.
