A great bedtime kennel for my 9-month old American Bully (micro/pocket) puppy. She is a chewer, so we strictly only use this for when she sleeps inside at night. I would not use this type of kennel during the day if your puppy or dog is a chewer.Easy setup, although it did take a bit of thinking to properly put it together. Very light, and easy to carry from room to room. Great size (30 in) for a 42 lb puppy. We just placed inside a very cushioned dog bed pillow; so she really enjoys sleeping in there.Great price!

Definitely my favorite crate. We’ve purchased yet and we own several.
I purchased this right before going on a long trip in an RV with our small dog. At night, she likes to sleep in a crate and it keeps her out of the way, but during the day having a large crate that’s not collapsible is really a pain in a small RV. This one checks off all of the necessary boxes when looking at crates. Functionally it’s awesome the way it breaks down from the middle and collapses to roughly 1/8 its original size. The metal tubing frame inside and the fabric outer makes it much lighter, and easier to manage. There’s multiple ways you can open for your dog to come either out up front or aside. Our dogs fit really well and was comfortable sleeping in it. It also includes a pad that’s removable and can be washed. Has plenty of ventilation, which is awesome to keep our dog comfortable at night when it’s hot.

Terrible fold up directions – useless!
Loved it until it was time to pack it up. I tried following the directions, but they weren’t exactly clear and I ended up bending the frame. I couldn’t then store it away neatly in an ‘owners closet’ that we keep locked. The frame is lopsided and faulty fold up directions have rendered this useless now. It was a great fit for our lifestyle and our dog, but has since become a one-use, throw away. Waste of money. Wouldn’t buy this design again.

Perfect, portable kennel for KENNEL TRAINED PETS
So far so good!I just set it up today and it looks great! The kennel material is actually really sturdy and the cloth is thick. It was relatively easy to set up. Tip: make sure the hinges fold the correct way before putting up the frame. The “top” should fold downward and the “bottom” should fold upward.But following the directions will allow you to set it up easily.The kennel is surprisingly roomy. Not as much as some wired kennels but it was enough that my pup (65 pound pittie) could comfortably turn around.Only thing I was disappointed with was that this kennel didn’t come with the crate liner like the medium sized one did. Instead they gave me a pack of pee pads…It can fold up with the cover on it, making it very portable. And weighs a LOT less than a traditional wire kennel.I will update this review as my dog uses it.NOTE: My dog is crate trained already and is an adult. In other words, they do not chew things up or get anxious about being in a kennel. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A CHEWER! It’s not meant for that.

Not as durable as we needed
We bought this for crating our youngest dog when we take her camping. My dog/puppy punctured a hole through the side of this within the first week of having it. So definitely not as durable as we needed it to be.

Lap approved, sort of.
I convinced my 50 lb lab to get in this thing for a trip in our SUV. I think she prefers the bigger metal one with clear line of sight 360. However, this was convenient to unzip and pass a treat and pet her on the trip and she settled in. The ability to collapse this for storage is nice. I wouldn’t try to pick it up with this size dog in it, but for fixed-place loading – it works.

BEST THING EVER!
This is perfect, not sure why I waited so long to order.I had previously purchased a larger one, the girls (two mini schnauzers) love it so much. I ordered a smaller one that we use in the car for road trips.
