BEST DOG PEN EVER STURDY LOS OF ROOM AND EASY TOMPUT UP.
I don’t do reviews!! But I love this dog pen it’s the BEST I’ve one found. I’ve bought 3 different ones with in 4 years. The square style fits both of my dog beds. It’s the most sturdy one I’ve found and the cover on top with the side pockets are greatly appreciated. The Best feature is that the 8 tent sticks are easy to install and that’s what keeps it so sturdy. I’ve had a 6 panel plastic fence one that was great until my puppy could jump it. I bought a top for it and it works just takes time. I had a high pop up one but my dog either jumped out or knocked it over. This is so sturdy, convenient, and roomy I’d highly recommend this to anyone and I would definitely buy it again!!!

Worth The Cost, More for convenience and portability. Does NOT replace crate when away from home
This was a life saver.Before I moved, I brought this up and down the stairs of my house when I wasn’t able to watch the puppy all of the time.Very convenient, portable and ease of use. Brought it with my on the plane to our new apartment. Puppy’s getting a little big so he topples the crate over when the top is open. Because of that, I wish there was a way to anchor the crate down. It’s definitely worth the money. The quality is decent and it’s relatively easy to assemble/disassemble. Zippers are nice and don’t snag.Though it is easy to disassemble, I’ve had a bit of trouble getting it to fold back into the pouch it came in.It does NOT replace a crate. It’s more of a temporary fix, or a portable crate. It can be toppled over easily if your pet has enough weight (or determination), so it may be a little unsafe.

Multi access, portable, great bed for pup.
Perfect for our frenchie. Nicely portable – folds up like a car shade. Helps to be able to place her from the top and let her out from the front. She lost use of her back legs. Didn’t want to use the metal cage anymore. Can easily pull it between rooms with her in it. Pet beds easily fit inside.

I actually used this for a foster kitten and found that it worked quite nicely as a short-term kennel. It seems like most pet playpens are hexagonal in shape, which I have not found very practical for organizing or cleaning. The rectangular shape made it simpler to tuck bedding, food/water bowls, and a litter box into separate corners. Kittens tend to make a mess when litter box training, so I used both washable whelping and disposable pee pads on the bottom to make daily cleaning more efficient and keep the bottom of the playpen itself unsoiled. And since whelping and disposable pads are usually rectangular, it’s far easier to fit them neatly into a rectangular playpen than a hexagonal one.The medium sized playpen (approx. 31x23x21″) was perfect for the foster kitten when she was very small, but once she was about 8 weeks old it was clear that she needed more kennel space. She became accustomed to being able to run around a room with some older foster kittens and explore the common areas of the home while supervised, so being stuck in the kennel at night must have started to feel restrictive. She became restless and vocal in her objections. So I transferred her to the large size (approx. 43x33x23″) of same kennel, and she was much more content with her accommodations after the upgrade.Assembly is quick and easy. The vertical support rods make the sides pretty sturdy, and the only real structural weakness is the top. The other foster kittens would jump up and run across it, pushing the middle down. The 12 pound resident cat attempted it once, and it pushed the top down to the bottom like an elephant sitting on a small trampoline. It’s just not built to have weight exerted on it. The side panels made of netting snagged a little but held up surprisingly well to the tiny death blades when she climbed up them “Ninja Warrior” contestant-style. After the foster kitten was adopted, trying to fold the shell back into the proper flat shape to fit into the storage pouch proved to be the biggest issue I had with this product. I tried to follow both the diagram and the written instructions, but repeatedly couldn’t get it quite right. I ended up with a slightly wonky result and concluded, “Oh well, that’s probably good enough…”

MVP after cat surgery
Honestly, I wish I could give this thing 10 stars. My beautiful, sweet cat had to have PU surgery, which was really stressful, scary, and expensive. They told me to keep him in a large dog kennel for three weeks, but they were expensive so I compromised with this playpen and it was a fantastic decision. The zippers mean I can reach in to pet him or change his litter from many angles without him wiggling out. It is large enough to comfortably store him and his litter box. The mesh means it feels less like a prison and I can see him and monitor his health from all sorts of angles. But it is strong enough that when my baby kitten tries to pounce on it, it doesn’t collapse or cave in. It was so easy to put up it literally took less than 10 minutes. For one of the more stressful periods in my life, this playpen has really taken a load off.

Impressive and compact for the price
I got a large one and wow I’m impressed!!! It was compactly stored in a bag so I was worried at first, but after setting it up it turned into the perfect size crate for my big cat. I could fit a bit corner litter box, his bowls, and bed in there. Love the roof attachment.Pleasantly surprised with how much I like it for the price. Easy set up / tear down and good for travel so he has a little home while visiting family.
