I LOVE this bag!!! It unfortunately didn’t come with the mat for the food bowls but I emailed the company. They emailed me back right away. They also sent me a replacement mat asap along with a sweet hand-written note. The customer service is top notch!! THANK YOU for this amazing product!! Buy this, you will not be disappointed. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my new dog!
I got a dog in March, a year old rescue. Then came training. And group dog walks. Then bringing her to my parent’s house for dog sitting for the day. I needed a bag for all of that. This did the trick!It’s large, but well balanced.I love the top zipper for poop bags.I didn’t think I’d use the insulated zippered sleeve, but I use it ALL THE TIME! Training times are weird during the week, so I end up sticking an ice pack in it, then a bag of cold chicken for ME, then the meat treats I use for the dog. Everything stays cold.I jam in leashes, dry treats, her favorite toys when she visits the grandparents for the day. A bag of food for her along with an extra food dish. I also packed in a small blanket for training days.I don’t have a need for the placement that’s included.I DO use the collapsible food/water dishes it includes. Mostly for water, not for food.Lots of pockets, very functional and sturdy.VERY IMPORTANT- the side mesh pockets absolutely fit my owala bottle as well as the rubyloo water bottle (dog mom, with the detachable water dish for the dog). The do not fall out! That’s honestly the most impressive part about this backpack!

Great backpack but color is slightly off
I bought this for traveling with my golden retriever. It is a great bag and I really like the collapsible food/water bowls and the fold out mat to protect the floor. It holds a lot – leash, toys, treats, etc. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the color is definitely not “dusty pink” but more of a lilac color. It is still pretty and will get a lot of use, I just wish it was true to the color it appears online. I still highly recommend.
