Signal holds near the back fence
Clipped on before letting him loose, the collar felt steady on his neck and gave a sharp click when it buckled. I set the boundary out toward the back fence, and the signal stayed put without drifting even when he ran close to the line. When he crossed a little too far, the mild correction kicked in and he turned back quick, which was about what I wanted. The battery lasted through the afternoon, though it charges slower than my phone. It’s a touch heavier in the hand, but he doesn’t notice once it’s on. Even after he rolled in the wet grass it kept working fine, and by the end of the day it was hanging by the door with the leash.
