I’m obsessed with this hands-free leash! It’s made walking my dog so much more convenient — I don’t have to worry about holding the leash, which means I can carry my coffee, use my phone, or just enjoy the walk. Easy to use, but start with a trained dog
It deserves 5 stars out of 5 because it is exactly as described. It can be used multiple ways – cross body, around waist (including a big waist), etc. The leash isn’t for ignoring your dog, but in my case to use a walking pole in each hand. Dogs are not born trained. Anyone who thinks this will train the dog is confused. However your dog walks with you holding the leash in your hand, is what you will get with this leash. All 3 of my dogs are trained to walk on a loose leash near me (among other things)at the same time. This leash is long when worn as a crossbody, then a 48# dog is attached. I walk with a walking pole in each hand, with a lot of slack in the leash. One suggestion for improvement is to be able to adjust the length of the leash. The small dogs (10#) need a longer leash than a 48# or 80# dog. The blue color is pretty, easy for me to see & find, and soft poly product is easy to use & wear. The end goal for my 3-dog crew is for all to walk hands free so I can use walking poles in each hand. We are part way – each dog can walk with me individually, hands free, and I am using walking poles. The next step will be 2 hands’ free walking of dogs, then all 3. Remember, in order to go hands free the dog must already be able to walk on a loose leash near you. It’s a quality product and is holding up well with frequent use. It’s not made to be left unattended attached to the dog, and yes it can be chewed.

this is amazing no more hurting hands, you can hold anything (hands free) very easy to used better than the common leash for dogs, length is perfect there is no accident with people or other pates since your dog will be very closed to you but at a distance. Not recommended if you have back/hip problems if your dog pulls then the force will be directed on your hips and lower back.

I love that it’s durable, and the stopper part works really well. It’s lightweight and I like that it doesn’t get tangled.It was too long, though. Maybe if I had a tiny dog this would work better, but I’m 5’2″ and my dog looks like a whippet and black lab had a baby (and maybe they did). She also doesn’t pull ahead or drop behind, so when we’re walking, she trips over it and it ends up between her legs.Maybe if I attached it to her harness instead of her collar, I wouldn’t have that problem, but then I’d have a lot more loose leash between us.
