I love how the brush is curved – previous combs we have purchased from other vendors have been flat which makes it tough to fit the side of our dog’s body. Our dog Obi loves it!

Effective Comb for De-shedding Use
We have 3 dogs- 2 with shorter hair and a young shepherd with long hair and a thick undercoat. This seems to work well on all of them, but they are not shedding now. The real test will come when the warmer weather arrives. The curved head is a nice feature and conforms to their shapes. The push button release for the collected fur is also effective. The ends of the comb surface are not as sharp as some of our other brushes and don’t scratch, a feature our old lab seems to appreciate the most. There is a plastic cover for the combing edge to keep it protected when not in use. With the short ¼ inch tines, it seems to work the best on the shorter hair, but is still effective with the longer hair, it just seems to tug more. That feature may be handy, though, when shedding is in full swing.

Great tool
This dog grooming brush is easy to hold, a nice size and feels sturdy in the hand, with a comfortable grip that doesn’t slip while brushing. The blade removes loose fur effectively without pulling or irritating my dog’s skin, and it works well during shedding season. I also like how simple it is to clean after use. Overall, it’s a practical, well-designed grooming tool that gets the job done on a very hairy golden retriever.
