This product is effective. The price was right for the performance and amount of solution you get. The best part is that the smell is tolerable and doesn’t run you out of the house.

Excellent and does kill ticks
I’ve been using the spray for about two years now as a back up with ticks. I living in PA and have had quite an issue at times. I use Soresto flea collars, but I have 4 labs that love to go on adventures and frolic in woody areas. I’ve picked a tick off the dogs and set it in spray toMake sure that it actually does kill the ticks and it does. The only negative toThis spray is the dogs don’t love it, but they know in order to go out for a walk they have to get sprayed. It doesn’t smell bad, but I can be strong. I spray outside because of this. I also use it to spray their beds and carpet and open the windows for ventilation . Would definitely recommend!

Works OK
I have a Chihuahua mix and a Norfolk terrier. They love being outdoors but we are surrounded by trees, a lake, and nature. Which is beautiful but, like most things, there are cons and flees in the summer is one of them.This is a very temporary fix as it only works for a short while. I ordered the drops for my pups so it took a few days for delivery so I ordered this to help them until the drops arrived. It was late spring and hot so they were miserable. It did work when first sprayed on but only lasted a short while before I needed to use it again.I know there are pros and cons to the drops but they work best for us.

Spring has sprung and so have the fleas. Every spring my dogs get bothered by fleas that are brought into our yard by stray cats in the neighborhood and I want a gentle solution to help relieve the itching and get rid of the fleas and eggs. This Hartz Nature’s Flea & Tick Dog Shampoo is made with the power of plants and herbals that fleas and ticks hate and naturally steer clear from. It lathers really nicely, making it easy to scrub all over my dogs fur and skin. The scent is very earthy, smells mostly like rosemary to me. I love how nourishing this shampoo is, my dogs’ coat is very soft and shiny after their bath. I have noticed that my dogs are scratching less already, I’m also treating their sleep area and our lawn separately so this entire process takes some time to eradicate the fleas and eggs from not only their fur and skin but also their living environment. Overall, this shampoo works well and I like that it is safe around my children and for my dogs. Would definitely recommend!

Smells Good
We have an Akita/Husky mix that gets very stinky. I loved the smell but I’m not sure if I didn’t rinse all the way or if it is something else. He got a rash on his belly that is slowly going away after bathing him again. I will use it again in a few weeks to see.

Beware, It attracts other bugs!!!
Would definitely not recommend this product. While it did seem to repell some fleas it didn’t repell them all. However, IT DID manage to attract ants and roaches to the area that I had sprayed!!! I wasn’t sure what was causing the other bugs to go to that area and deep cleaned it throughly and didn’t spray it again and remarkably the other bugs disappeared but the fleas stuck around.
