I got this litter box to replace my old one, and so far it’s been great. The setup was super easy — it took me less than five minutes to put everything together. The design is cute and doesn’t look bulky or awkward in the room.Odor control is surprisingly good. I barely notice any smell even after a couple of days, which wasn’t the case with my previous box. The cleaning works smoothly, and there’s no leftover litter stuck in the drum. It also has waste drawer that can hold quite a bit, so I don’t have to empty it all the time.Overall, it’s been working really well. My cat adjusted to it right away, and I’m happy with how clean it keeps the area. Definitely worth it if you want something easy to use and that keeps the smell under control.

UPDATED REVIEW: Fabulous customer support ~ great product!
UPDATE ~ Customer Service responded and apologized profusely for the issue I was having and were very sympathetic. Understandably, they had been busy with Black Friday sales and were unable to respond immediately. Since that time, they have been very prompt, polite and helpful as we’ve corresponded back and forth several times (it’s also super convenient to correspond with customer support in their app). They recommended using Clump and Seal SLIDE cat litter and it has solved the problem of the clumps getting stuck (litter issue, not a litter box issue)! Odor has greatly improved! Since the dump issue has been resolved with their help, I would definitely recommend this product ~ it is very quiet, the actual mechanics of it have worked great, the app is easy to use and customer support has been topnotch!!I received this product on 11/25/25. My two cats wouldn’t use it until 12/1. They used it a couple times then I received a notification that the tray was full. When I pulled out the tray, there was hardly anything in it, but litter clumps were sitting in the machine blocking the hole that dumps into the tray. So I had to reach my hand up into the machine and pull it out ~ what a mess! The cats used it a few times on 12/2 and 12/3, and on 12/3 I received the same notification and it was the same problem. Plus, one cat had soft stools and it flung that on the outside and all on the inside of the machine. Disaster! I sent a message through the app asking for help from customer service ~ it says they will look at the message the next working day and respond. It’s been 2.5 days later, no response, same notification today, same cleaning it out with my hand. This is so much worse than a regular cat box that I can at least scoop out the clumps. Plus, the smell has been pretty bad, I guess from the clumps sitting up in the hole? Anyone else have this issue or have suggestions since the company won’t respond?

Most simple and clean process
My cat doesn’t like used things. She has to have everything new. This was the best litter box I could have gotten for her. It’s perfect size inside for her to move around and do her business. The app is simple and easy to use and even tells you when your bin is full and tracks what time your cat uses it. I couldn’t have asked for something as simple as this.

I’ve been using this litter box for a while now, and it works perfectly for my cats. The size is spacious enough for them to move comfortably, and the high sides help keep litter from spilling out. The material is sturdy, easy to clean, and doesn’t hold odors. I also love the smooth edges — my cats go in and out without any issues. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and makes daily cleaning so much easier. Definitely recommend!

Did not work has a blinking red light saying the gear is stuck. checked and no obstruction
