First, please open the box and check whether the parts are missing according to the packing list on the right. Take a clip and put it on the first tube of the tray,and then tighten the 3 tubes of the tray in turn. Update #2: It’s now Nov 2025 and I’m still using this original pooper scooper. Since we had to purchase a second one for the broken part we now run 2 scoopers although we have less dogs. (9 now – bless the other old man). As long as this scooper is available I will never purchase a different kind. They are sturdy and easy to put together.UPDATE: I purchased this pooper scooper Oct of 2022. It’s March of 2024 and this pooper scooper is still going. Used twice a day to clean up after 11 dogs (sadly now 10-bless the old man) and it was my great niece who finally did the scraper piece in. It’s cracked now but still working. This is absolutely the longest I’ve had a pooper scooper hold up. Still no replacement pieces so to fix the problem so I have to purchase an entirely new set up to get the 1 piece that is broken. I still highly recommend this product.PREVIOUS: I’m beyond pleased with how easy this was to put together and how sturdy it is. I have several dogs and clean up at least twice a day most days. It works great and is sturdier than the old ones I kept buying and they would break so fast. I do wish they would have replacement parts as an option but so far this has lasted longer than the previous ones. I have a tendency to fall and end up using the scraper part to sturdy myself. I try not to but it happens. I would love to have a replacement scraper in case I accidentally break this one so I don’t have to buy a whole new kit just to get that part plus it’s so easy to replace parts if need be it’s kind of a waste to not have parts for it available. I highly recommend this. The scooper is the perfect size for me. I really love the holder that allows me to put the scooper and scraper together. I highly recommend this poo scooper.

This is working out pretty well for us. The scoop pan is not that sturdy and could be better. I like the quality of the rake but I wish they secured to the pan a little better, so it didn’t feel so cheap.
