Perfect bag!?
I am very particular about the products I buy, I don’t like to spend money on something that just works “good enough” and still have to put up with something annoying about it. I spent several weeks looking at treat bags both online and in stores before purchasing this one. All of them had something about them I didn’t like, and I didn’t want to settle, I believed the perfect bag was out there…and I think this is it! Here are all the boxes it checks:- WAIST STRAP: many treat bags are made for either a carabiner or belt clip. Carabiners let the bag twist or swing around annoyingly, plus I’m not always wearing something I can clip one to. Belt clips are better, but hit or miss as far as reliability, and can’t be moved around easily. A waist strap can be worn with anything, doesn’t let the bag flop around annoyingly, and you can slide the bag to whatever side is most convenient, or behind you and out of the way entirely! Plus – it’s not permanently attached, the strap slides through a loop on the back, so you can remove it to switch a different one out (or use the provided carabiner instead, if you preferred). The strap that came with it is very strong and includes elastic bands to hold down any strap excess after adjusting to size!- MAGNET CLOSURE: you want to be able to open and close a treat bag with one hand, and you want it to STAY open nice and wide for grabbing multiple treats quickly (or I do anyways). Those metal ones that snap open and closed are great, but wear out and get squeaky within weeks and can’t be washed; some bags have drawstrings, but that takes 2 hands. There are silicone ones with magnets, but the silicone means it likes to hold its shape and automatically snap back closed on its own every time. This has magnets that are very easy to pull open, snap securely shut with a nudge, but also STAYS OPEN when you want it to be, as it’s made of a sort of canvasy material- SIZE: many treat bags are far too massive for my needs and don’t come in different sizes! I don’t need to carry 3 cups worth of treats on every walk and a giant bag is just cumbersome. This holds about a cup of kibble, maybe a little less. If you do need more for some reason, or maybe if you have giant hands, a bigger one might be better.- SIMPLICITY: many treat bags seem to try to “do everything”, there’s space for your phone, wallet, keys, water bottle, an entire roll of poop bags, toys…i don’t need all that! There is 1 very small, flat zippered compartment on the front of this bag where you can put a few poop bags or maybe your keys if you really needed to, and that is absolutely all I need- WASHABLE: put all the stinky wet treats in here you like and wash it after, no need to worry about ruining any metal snap closures!I am unbelievably pleased with this bag! I will come back and update in a few months if it’s still holding up to daily use!3 MONTHS UPDATE: still holding up just as well as the day I got it!!

Perfect Size! Love the magnet.
I really like this dog treat pouch overall — it’s a great size for training sessions and walks, and I appreciate the variety of color options. The quality feels solid and it’s easy to use, but I do wish it had a clip or attachment to secure it to my pants or shorts since it tends to move around a bit during walks and hikes. It only has one magnet, which works fine for casual use, but having an extra one would make it more secure for running or more active training. It would also be nice if it had a small hole for dispensing poop bags, though that’s more of a personal preference since I sometimes forget to bring them and end up attaching the roll to my dog’s leash instead. Overall, it’s a good quality pouch that just needs a few small design tweaks to be perfect.

Great product, perfect size, easy to get treats without spilling
What a great treat bag! I don’t like using treats for most training as I want the dog to do his job for praise. However, I’m in the process of training my SAR dog to do some new things and it’s necessary to treat him heavily during the learning stage. I’ve tried the small ziplock bag in the pants pocket only to find most of the treats end up squished in my pockets after a bit. It’s also hard to reach into a deep pocket with a flimsy bag and try to treat the dog promptly so he associates his action with the treat. With this treat bag my pockets will stay clan and the reward given immediately without fumbling around. It measures about 5.5 inches wide and around 5 inches tall so it’s a good size. It has a belt that’s removable and a clip on the top. I’ll fit a carabiner in the clip and hood to a belt loop as shown in photo or more likely to a D-ring on the cargo pants I usually wear for training. The magnetic closure opens easily when you reach in but won’t dump everything out when you bend over. It’s very nice quality and has a zipper pocket in the front and states that it is hand washable. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Great pouch with opportunities for improvement
EDIT: 2 1/2 years later (January 2024) and I still use this product every day. While there’s some wear and tear, it’s held up better than expected and I can see at least another year of use before I would need to replace it. I ended up just using the waist belt every time and not the clip and have managed just fine. I’ve also not had any major issues with the mag closure. Mainly due to the durability I’m bumping this up to 5 stars. Would definitely recommend!This is a great treat pouch. I love the small form factor, durable nylon pack cloth, and magnetic closure. It holds about 1 cup of food, with a little extra space in the front zip pocket. A couple features I think would make this worthy of five stars:- The magnetic closure is neat, but it is just a small round magnet on each side and not the most secure. As it is the treats can still spill out when packed full. While you would still need some slack in the material to allow it to open and close, I think you could do at least a 1/2 length strip on each side for a more secure closure. I would also love to see the magnet sewn through the entire and not just the inner liner.- I would love an option to loop through my own belt or clip to my waistband. The existing belt loop can only accommodate 1” webbing (as per the included waist strap) but I would much prefer either a rigid clip or a detachable PALS/MOLLE style loop to use the pouch with a 1 3/4” belt or (with the rigid clip) an elastic waistband. While the hanger clip is nice, I don’t always have pants with belt loops and I prefer to be able to move the pouch easily around my body as needed for the training situation.

Perfect for what I need.
I needed a small treat bag so that when I go outside I can carry biscuits to give to the neighborhood doggies that come around. This one is small and has a built in belt or you can hang it on a belt with a key carrier hook or carabiner. It’s well made and the magnetic clasp works well but it does not seal in a manner that would prevent treats from falling out if you leaned over. It’s a small round magnet in the center of the top of the pouch.

The only thing I wish was better is that the magnets close easily so there’s no way to keep it open. I bought this for training classes with the puppy. I have to look at the pouch to open it every time I need another treat which is annoying. On the other hand, it keeps the treats secure.I love the size and the belt is super handy plus there’s a pocket in the front that fits a credit card and house key in easily which makes it perfect for walks.

The best and most useful. Perfect size, esthetically pleasing. The extra small pocket helps alot with keys, access cards, poop bags. Can hold alot of treats and the magnet closes shut nicely
