Okay y’all so I know most of you want believe me but it’s so true and I don’t think I would believe this if I read it I would have questions as well but just keep reading.So I bought this collar in February of 2023 it’s currently the end of July 2024. My collar worked great up until now the shock just stopped working not sure why but I contacted the customer service from this brand and messaged them I was in such disbelief at how quick they got back me shocked is a understatement they sent me videos on what to try to see if we could find a fix but it didn’t work so I was told that they would 💯 percent fix this issue by sending me a BRAND NEW COLLAR as you see I had the plain black dull cheapest at the time one I could afford best choice I could of made bc I asked them if I could have a pink one and pay the difference they told me that they would send me a pink collar at no cost to me I’m was so over excited and during this time and before I had been looking at electric fences so I asked the Ms Lynn the customer serviceady about a fence how about these people stand up to the warranty and is going to let me test out and keep their up and coming fence at no cost me bc they stand by their products and customers are number one to them I didn’t ask for one but was offered it and I accepted I have never online in in store seen such. A company that will stand by their guarantee and honor it with out putting up some kind of fight at why they can’t do it and most of you know that it’s like finding a million dollars in a lucky lot if you do. But I will post pics of the old collar and new one as soon as it arrives no kidding if you buy from these people you will absolutely not regret a single penny if something was to happen to it you will be amazed at how well they will help you fix the issue and quick too ask me any questions I have receipt to prove this is true and a real review thank you Ms Lynn for having a great attitude and taking your job as serious as you do and for treating me so kindly thank you xoxo stacey w.

Works for training my active Golden Retriever
Originally bought this training collar when my golden retriever was 5 months old. I held off on using it initially, because I wanted to try other training techniques to get her to stop jumping up on people and and nipping and mouthing me and others, trying to get attention and thinking that she was playing. Finally began using the collar when she was 7 months old when progress was too slow and as she became a large dog and I was afraid she would knock over some of our older neighbors or scare the little kids.I used the vibration mode only, and she responded almost immediately. Distracted her enough to get her to stop and pay attention. We live in a rural area and she is not exposed to many visitors so she gets very excited when she sees someone. Now 9 months old, and I normally just have to put the collar on and pull the remote out of my pocket without using it. The nipping has stopped, and jumping has greatly diminished. I normally only have the collar on her when we take her out or we know someone is coming to our house.A month ago I had her off leash and she came back without the collar on. You have to be careful to make sure the clasp is fully clipped into place, especially if your dog has thicker hair around the neck. I think it was not fully engaged and that’s how it fell off. However, I found it on the ground 2 week later and the battery was still alive with the light blinking! By this time I had bought another collar so now I have 2.I tried using the sound signal to keep her from running off too far when off leash. I don’t think the sound button worked on the first collar because she did not respond at all. Still trying it with the second collar with mixed results so far.

This collar works!
We are using this collar for training our 3 month old Labrador puppy. My boyfriend’s parents have a goldendoodle who as soon as the door opens, he bolts. Every single time he bolts my Lab follows suit and she doesn’t quit have the “come” command down pat. They live in a very wooded area with a busy road separating the neighbors who have dogs. We tried it out on her and the beep is fairly loud and grabs her attention. We next used the vibrate. The vibrate option goes up to 8 and you can really feel and hear it. All she needed was level 2 before she turned right around. My boyfriend tried the shock option on himself before the collar ever touched our dog. The shock seems fairly strong so we don’t plan on using the shock option unless absolutely necessary. About level 6 or 7 of 16 levels is when he wouldn’t shock himself anymore. Assembly was easy and quick, the quality seems great for the price, it’s not too heavy on our puppy’s neck at all. My only complaint was she’s very small so we had to adjust the collar to fit and she has a good length of extra collar hanging from her neck but we can work around that as she grows. I can’t wait to see how much easier her training becomes.

I have 4 labradors and they bark at everything that walks by….I know it’s normal but when they all do it at once it’s annoying makes passer bys and neighbors scared when they shouldn’t be! Labradors are so friendly….anyways I bought different colors for the dogs. I don’t know if the beep reminds them of our invisible fencing that was installed around the property or what but on the lowest setting it’s amazing they stopped barking! Every time my neighbors on each side of my house pull in they’re driveways rhe dogs all run over on the properly line and bark very irritating for them I would think! This stopped totally on the first day using it. I love the battery operated one I hate charging daily so this one is my choice! I’ve spent as much as $120 on collars that did not work on any of my dogs and the rechargeable was a problem … half way through the day they didn’t work.I’m so impressed with this reasonable priced device!Do not hesitate for barkers or for obedience ……I’ve been using this also when I’m calling the dogs. I have alot of property and I just buzz on low setting and they all come arunning! This is amazing! Do not hesitate to purchase!One of the best finds on Amazon.

This is the second time I’m ordering because I got another dog. Works great. I’m happy I can combine the two collars on one controller.

This is a great training device, but if your dog is wearing the collar, don’t forget if you’ve put the controller in your pocket. I accidentally leaned against it and shocked my dog by mistake. So now I only turn on the controller when I need to use it. It powers up quickly. It acts as a great calming device for my hyper dog. All I have to do it beep it to get his attention. That mistake zap has left a permanent impression.

I think possibly because of my dogs thicker fur, that this collar didn’t really work. I did tey it on the vibrate setting though and my dog really dod not like the vibrate and it caused him to wine/bark.. so not suoer helpful in my case haha
