Great value and easy to set up!
Super easy to set up and well made – love the sturdy carabiner to attach to my dog’s collar. It doesn’t make much noise since it’s silicone and that keeps her from getting scared when it bumps against something.I just wish it had a place for her name on the tag or a customization option. The QR code is great but if I found this tag on a lost dog, I’d think their name was Pawaii.

Great product! Super easy to set up took like 2 minutes and would be super easy for someone to use if my dogs got lost. Would be super easy to see and use with a simple scan to get all of that information.

Great lightweight tag, easy to use
Setting up the QR code results was very easy to do. The tag is flexible and lightweight but seems durable and has a nice clip. I got the mint green color and it’s pretty.

Keep pup Safe
Absolutely thankful for this little tag! We have a dog with seizures so this is perfect! It was easy to set up! When the QR code is scanned by the person who finds a lost pet, the owners identification appears (along with the bio of the pet) and a “Call Owner” button. It is extremely easy to read. As far as value for money, if this keeps my pup safe, then absolutely worth it!

WARNING: Huge Loophole
I was pretty excited to receive these tags for my dogs because I thought they were really cool and really useful in the event they ever got lost. The tags arrived, were fairly easy to set up, and the cool part was I didn’t have to pay anything additional to maintain their landing sites. I even got collars made that said to “scan my tag!” to go along with these. Another cool feature is that they immediately send you an email with an exact location that includes GPS coordinates when they’re scanned, in the event your dog is ever lost. SO, what’s the problem then? Well…My partner also scanned the codes and somehow set up a profile for herself after I had. Shouldn’t be a problem, right? We should both get alerts if they get lost. When I went to log-in and show someone the landing pages for my dogs, all of a sudden, my account couldn’t be found. I tried everything I could to log back into my account to no avail. It simply didn’t exist anymore. I contacted customer service at Pawaii and they couldn’t figure out what the issue was either. After about 10 to 15 minutes of silence, they told me they would escalate it to the IT department, or something along those lines, and they would reach out to me with a resolution. A couple of days later, I get an email saying there is no solution and I would need to set up a new account. Okay, but do you see the problem yet?WELL, let’s just assume they had gotten lost and someone found them. Both dogs are an expensive breed and they are pretty great dogs too, so it’s not a crazy idea to think someone out there would want to keep them or just not make the effort to return them. Also, people are crazy, so who knows why they might not return them. All they would need to do is create an account, assign the QR codes to that account, and POOF, my dogs are gone. Similarly, let’s say that this secondary account creation isn’t possible or the person doesn’t know to set it up and reassign the QR codes, but your account just randomly disappears, as it has for me. At some point, I probably wouldn’t think to keep logging in to check and make sure it’s live or that there isn’t any issue. And, again, my dogs get lost, let’s pretend someone even tries to scan the QR codes to get them back to me, but, POOF, they’re gone because my account randomly doesn’t exist anymore. I have no clue how someone didn’t think this part through, but it’s a huge flaw and I definitely wouldn’t get these again had I known that. I’ll probably invest in another brand or, more reliably, a product that can hold a GPS tracking device.

This came in Chinese. The QR code sent me to a Chinese website and the writing on the front was in Chinese.

Absolute rubbish. Requires WeChat to scan QR code and register, then you do that and it’s all in Chinese and requires translation. Complete waste of money.
