Durable, good quality
Good, durable can that allows me to keep the yard clean and sanitary. We had bought cheaper versions and one rusted and fell apart, the other one became a victim of the lawn service machines but was easily crushed. I’ve been using this for 6 months or so, during which we’ve had heat, rain, snow and even a little hail, and it still is in very good condition.

Dog Poop Trash Can
This container has a capacity of 3.1 gallons, which is sufficient to keep enough dog excrement to last for many days before it has to be evacuated. I find this to be a really useful feature since it eliminates the need for me to make repeated visits to empty it, yet it still manages to keep the odor confined. I believe that the step-to-open function is really helpful, particularly in situations when you have a lot of things on your hands and you don’t want to bend down and touch the lid. The pedal operates without any hiccups, and I have not had any problems with it being stuck or not opening completely. A 7.8-inch activated carbon filter is included with the trash can, and it does an excellent job of minimizing any unpleasant odors that may be present. In spite of the fact that I was concerned about the accumulation of odors on warm days, I discovered that the filter was able to do its function rather successfully. I believe that having a reliable system for controlling odors is essential for a product such as this one, and I have not been let down by such mechanisms. Especially considering that this can is situated in close proximity to our patio, which is where we prefer to unwind, it makes a significant impact.

Poop Canister Doesn’t Stink
Just as advertised. Earth tone color blends into my yard, between a fence and large oleander bush, so it doesn’t draw attention. Seals well enough, not to smell or allow rain in.Solid enough to not break with daily opening & closing as I use it daily. Easy enough to pull out inner basket, with the handle, to remove the inserted bag.The basket fits snug, but not to tight, to allow the bag to stay in place.Good buy for me.

Broke quickly
Update: I was provided a replacement can that solved the broken pedal problem. I did express to the seller (who has been amazing) that the pedal needs to be stronger. I only open the can once a day and it just feels very flimsy. I am happy with the new can and appreciate the sellers concerns.While most of this product is nice, the foot pedal broke after a few uses. It is very thin and fragile. Needs better foot pedal.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Don’t waste your money. This seemed like a great idea for yard cleanup, but it’s poorly designed. The inner bin has a paint can-style handle that lifts the bag with it, making the opening too small to easily drop in dog poop. It’s also uncomfortable to carry when full. The foot pedal doesn’t fully open the lid, making it awkward to use. Worst of all, it doesn’t keep out moisture—after one week, I opened it to find a can full of liquified dog poop. Absolutely disgusting and not worth the hassle.

Nice storage can
Works perfect to store my dogs poop. We have to store our trash in the garage and I don’t like to store her poop with the household trash. There is absolutely no odor that emits from the can. Looks nice too.

Not smell proof
I got this to hold my dog poop bags to ensure that I couldn’t smell the poop in my garage. However this is not a fully sealed trash can. Not only can you smell still after a week of collection I found maggots in the can. The bottom on the trash can is open allowing bugs to crawl in and the lid doesn’t seal shut and hold. The can is cute and small and holds alot of used poop bags.

Easy and Convenient
No odor outside of the can. The internal can with the handle makes it very easy and convenient to take care of your pet’s messes. I have cats and I line the internal can with a kitchen trash bag. On trash day I carry the internal can out by the handle then set the trash bag out. Easy peasy.
