Very Sturdy and Thoughtfully Designed – Perfect for Most Dogs
I got this Dog Car Seat for my newly rescued 15.5-year-old dog, Oliver, who has major anxiety in the car. He tends to go into panic, yipping, and crying non-stop during rides, so I was hoping this seat would help him feel more secure.The seat itself is very sturdy and easy to assemble. My dog weighs 18 lbs, and he had plenty of room to lay down if he wanted. It secures nicely with the seat belt, and there’s an extra strap to go around the headrest as well as a tether to connect to your dog’s collar so they can’t jump out. Everything about it feels solid and safe.Unfortunately, in Oliver’s case, it didn’t reduce his anxiety and actually made him more agitated. This is absolutely not a fault of the product—it’s just that he’s a very senior dog recovering from physical abuse, starvation, and neglect. I can see how this car seat would be incredibly useful for most dogs, and I think it’s designed very thoughtfully to help pets feel safe on road trips.Five stars for quality, design, and safety features—I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with a dog who enjoys or tolerates car rides!

Perfect for My Frenchie!
The PETSFIT Small Dog Car Seat is fantastic! My Frenchie loves going everywhere with me and this seat keeps him safe and comfortable during our car rides. Perfect way to transport our 15-pound dog in the car
This has been a great product to use when I travel alone with our 15-pound dog. It’s well-made and study and easy to keep clean. The fit is excellent: He has room to sit or lie down in a comfortable, secure place as I drive, latched in with the short strap that prevents him from roaming around the vehicle or trying to sit in my lap. As a result, he relaxes and falls asleep on longer trips, making things easier on me. It came in handy when he had a back injury and needed stability when transported to the vet for his acupuncture treatments. This “box” has been a game-changer for us and one of the best items we’ve purchased for our dog. The strap that goes over the car seat’s headrest isn’t quite long enough for the seat in our SUV, so I keep a pillow under the box to provide cushioning and stability.

Very sturdy and easy to store when not in use
Excellent quality! I was using a harness that attaches to the seat belt and for me it was a bit of a pain and seemed a little uncomfortable for the dogs. This is going to be so much easier, safer and more comfortable for the dogs. I bought one for each of them (I have 3). One of the dogs likes to sit on the console, one is constantly trying to get in my lap and the other cries until he can make it to my lap. So unsafe for all of us and very nerve wracking when I am trying to concentrate and pay attention to driving. It actually makes me only take them for rides when I have no choice (like to the vets). Now we will be able to go for more rides.

I wish I would have known how awesome this was a lot sooner. My dog was terrified of riding in the car before this. Always wanted to be in my lap while I was driving. Now, She feels more secure in the seat and is even standing up on the car door, looking out the window! Will put her whole head out the window if the window is down! She is 4 years old and is being a normal dog in the car for the first time!The material is fantastic! It doesn’t absorb the Kentucky heat at all!Fits perfect in my seat! Very soft! Very easy to install/figure out! The durability is perfect for a rough and tough pup. The bottom part that boosts the pup up a bit is the perfect height and the perfect thickness to provide a good cushion. Washes easily and stays pretty clean even with a drooler.Best 30 dollars I have ever spent. Would give 10/10 if I could!

Great Quality, Easy to Install, Dog Approved!
I am extremely impressed with PETSFIT’s Dog Car Seat for Small Dogs. It is great quality and was easy to assemble and install. I did use the platform side of the bottom so my small dog sat up higher. We took a road trip for Thanksgiving and it was reassuring that she was safely buckled in the back seat. She was very comfortable and seemed to like being in her own cozy space in the car.
