My indoor/outdoor cats love them.
I bought 3! They’re super cute. Very Easy to assemble-TIPS: just remember the top left and right sides- the top is angled and the bottom is straight. Look at the pictures for the back wall to know which side goes out. You may want someone to hold the roof when screwing in the hinges. These are just tips- it’s a very easy set up.

This house is a pretty cute house for a cat. I also purchased a pet pad that reflects body heat. Directions are minimal, had to do the side walls a few times before figuring out what direction they go in. Besides that, pretty easy build. Not sure how it will old up with rain but seems like it would be okay, this one is going on a covered porch. Seems sturdy enough for the price. I like that the roof lifts up for easy access. Fits cat well.

Purrrfect Kitty Condo
Winters are cold here and these condos are perfect for stray and feral cats living on front, enclosed porch. Just place kitty bedding along with electric bed warmers inside condo during cold, winter months. My kitties love them.

This house was easy to put together, looks lovely, and the best part is it gives some much needed protection for the stray cats I feed. One in particular loved it and hadn’t left it since. My only advice is that it is hard to find a mat/bed to fit it. It has to be flat or the cat can’t access the cat door.

Quality Control is Terrible
The roof will not close properly. The hinge for the roof makes it close even less. The instructions for the hinge spring are terrible and there is no holes as a guide. The right hand side holes are drilled too low that the roof won’t close. For $70 and how cheap the wood is you would think they would take a little more time to at least make assembly easier. Buy a different one. This one is too thin and won’t keep any animal warm. I will have to find something else for the stray cat.

Bought this for my wild backyard bunnies
Bought this for my wild backyard bunnies to get away from the crazy Colorado storms!! They don’t care for it unless I place food inside. LOL. Oh Well – it is cute in my backyard anyway. Glad I bought it.If you plan on placing this house outside permanently, I would recommend purchasing a can of clear sealant & spray the entire house to protect it from the elements. The sealant keeps it looking nice & only costs like $7.00 at a hardware store. I used the whole can of sealant on my little red house.

Al verdadero dueño de la casa le encanto! Duerme calientito por las noches y la casa esta fresca durante los dias de mucho sol. Cuando llueve el agua no se mete y gracias a las patitas que alzan la casa el agua tampoco se mete al salpicar. Definitivamente muy buena opcion para los gatos ferales.
