Well built durable house
Great little house for feral cats. They discovered it as soon as I put food out and regularily come to eat. Well made can withstand wind, snow, and rain.A heated electric mat inside with weather below freezing keeps the water bowl from freezing. Easy to open lid makes it easy to shake out/change out bedding and fill food and water daily. While big enough to probably fit 2 cats,feral cats are territorial and I had to add a second house.

Feral cats
I bought this for the ferals in my backyard with a snow storm coming. It has saved numerous cats passing through. They have a safe place to eat and stay warm and protected from the elements. I love that the lid opens so I can clean the bedding. It has a divider that can make it 2 rooms but also help protect from wind during the summer I remove it to help ventilate it. Easy to assemble, just FYI assemble where you want it though it is big and heavy! It is extremely sturdy and adds to the appearance of the backyard

Good, but could be better.
Initial thoughts -Pros:1. Relatively easy to put together. Pieces and instructions were clear. It took me less than 30 minutes to put together.2. There is enough room for one medium-sized cat when the divider is in place. It looks like it will serve the purpose of providing an outdoor cat a dry and warm place to stay.3. The kitty seems to like it (he gave me extra cuddles after he tested it out).Cons1. Its construction is sub-par. The paint job is pretty sloppy (white paint on the black feet, hairs from the paint brush on the house). The pieces did not come together cleanly, especially in the corners. It looks like layers that make up the walls will peel apart in the near future.2. There is a strong smell right out of the box. I took the advice of other reviewers to build the house outside where I plan to place it once constructed.3. The walls are thinner than expected. I hope that it will provide a warm safe haven for the neighborhood cats during the winter. But as I mentioned above, it seems like the walls may come apart in the not-so-distant future.

Good size and seems sturdy.
Item seems well made, and assembly was fairly easy and straight forward. Directions were in English and with pictograms. However, of note is the fact that no consideration was given on how to route the power cord to the outside. We sawed a small notch near the top, under the roof, so the cord could fit without being impinged by the roof. Also, the instructions for the heating pad were literally, all in Chinese and without pictograms.(but it’s a heating pad!…not too much to know about it. Overall, I think kitty will fit nicely, and appreciate it. It looks sturdy and it should last a good while.

Worth the money
Love the cat house, my cats love it also. Looks nice on the porch and seems to keep the cats warm, they stay outside all day. Love it. Definitely worth the money, wind and waterproof.

Outdoor shelter for stray cats
Perfect little cat house for our outdoor strays. Easy to assemble. The plastic flap on the door did end up getting bent with the constant in and out of the cats. We put a heated pad inside and it fit perfectly to keep them warm and safe.

Overall, great product.
Really well made. I use it for my small dogs that choose to stay out longer and they go right in. Ive had three dachshunds in there at a time. We took the divider out and added some bedding so they didn’t chew the heating pad and I dremmeled a hole in the corner of the floor for the cord and they dogs havent chewed the pad at all. Stays dry, although its under a porch. The wind does blow under there some.

Misrepresenting a non-insulated model for the price of an insulated model.
Concerned about increasingly cold temperatures, we researched many options that had great features but were not insulated. We spent nearly twice what we might have spent on those, in favor of this one.This has been a disappointment.The pictures shown in their description are not at all representative of the actual product. There is no discernible insulation, nor a liner as is included in other models we looked in to.Of course, excited to receive and assemble it, it quickly became impractical to dissemble, repackage, and return. So it appears we’re kinda stuck with what we got.We’ve had to line it with towels, and buy a heat mat to make up for the fact that there is no insulation.Our experience is that the product was misrepresented and overpriced for the value received.While we’ve tried to make this one work, adding our own insulation just to keep it above freezing, we definitely feel overcharged, and frankly, a bit scammed.So we’ll live with it for now. But I’d choose better next time, and will when budget allows.They could partially make up for it by simply sending the claimed insulation liner.
