Fun mat!
Our dog loved this! He enjoys his food and treats being hidden so he can dig and search. This was a the perfect size as he is a smaller dog, but if you have a larger sized dog you may want a bigger size.

Adorable and Engaging. It’s My Small Dog’s New Favorite Toy!
Prepare for serious snuffling! This TUKOAW Snuffle Mat is adorable but does it stand up to a dog digging around for treats? Yes, it does.The snuffle mat comes packed in a possibly reusable zip bag…if you can manage not ripping it like I did mine. The mat unfolds to look like an adorable picnic blankets with lots of foods on it – so sweet. The variety of detailed foods (hot dog, skillet, etc.) on this mat makes it fun and interesting for your dog.* Colors: The colors are bright, cute and colorful just like the product photos.* Size: The size is true to the dimensions in the product description but seems more appropriate for small to medium size dogs. If you have a large dog, you may want to get a bigger mat. This one just seems a bit small for them and like it might tear with a larger dog that’s more aggressive. My dog was mostly gentle with the mat.* Durability: I can see that mat lasting a long time unless my dog decides to get super-aggressive with it. So far, she looks at it like a prize and doesn’t want to tear it up. She doesn’t treat it like prey like she does certain other toys.* Material: The material is a soft, reasonably durable feeling felt-like material. The bottom has rubber-like traction on it which does help it not slide around. The stitching quality was good for the entire mat.* Hidden pockets: There are lots of little hiding places on this mat for stuffing treats. It was fairly easy for my dog to snuff out the treats. For a couple of the treats, she had to bite at it and pull it out, flipping over the entire mat.* Training: Can it be used for training? I would say that you could have your dog sit and stay…and then let them go at it on this mat. I’m hoping that this constrains her desire to forage everywhere for food on the floor. Well, one can hope!* Washability: Is this mat washable? The product description says it can be machine washed. I would prefer to gently hand wash it so it won’t wear out too fast. I have not washed it yet, since I just received it.* Dog Babysitter? Does it help with anxiety? This mat does help with slowing down my dog’s eating and keeping her mind active and engaged. This isn’t going to keep a dog busy a long time like a toy.* Treats to Use: I’d suggest using very dry treats. If it’s moist at all, it will make the mat very messy. This is not for wet dog food. Think: Freeze-dried dog treats, jerky-style treats, etc.* Who will love this? Anyone with a small to medium-sized dog who loves sniffing!* Who will not like this? Large dog owners may not like the small size of this mat. Cat owners may find that their cat doesn’t like the hassle of the mat.* My dog’s opinion: She loved it. She had a great time sniffing around it. She flipped it all around and then decided to grab it and carry it across the room to her dog bed to join her other prized toy, which is a major win. I just got this for her but I don’t see her getting bored with it any time soon.Bottom line: Great snuffle mat. Good value. Highly recommended.

Huge, ripped easily (large dogs)
This snuffle mat didn’t really work out for my dogs in the end! It’s HUGE so I found myself less motivated to get it set up for my dogs because it’s time consuming to do so. My dogs also tore through this fabric so easily, I was wary to use it because it needed to be 100% monitored and supervised to ensure my dogs didn’t consume the fabric. Part of the benefit of snuffle mats for me is keeping my dogs occupied so I can work on other things – I prefer light supervision to be possible, so I tend to look for higher quality products that don’t tear as easily. I do have large dogs and they both are heavy shredders – so this might be a great, enriching puzzle snuffle mat for smaller/medium dogs though.

Good Entertainment for Small Dog
This Mat is great entertainment for a small dog. There’s a big dog advertised in the pitcher, and I definitely would not recommend it for like a great Pyrenees, as advertised in a pitcher, this would be good, probably from more like a 40 to 50 pound dog is hmm and different elements of like snufflemat. Entertainment, where there’s like them folded over loops and the little flaps, but overall for a big dog, it would just not be good enough, and the quality is kind of poor to where my Lab pit bull mix could easily chew off a corner of it

keeps my pup entertained for hours
I love how the Tukoaw snuffle mat keeps my pup busy for a long time. It’s a great way to slow down his eating while also giving him a fun, stimulating activity. The different food shapes make it super engaging, and he always gets excited to sniff out his treats. Plus, the soft fabric is gentle on his nose, and the mat stays put thanks to the non-slip base. Easy to clean too, which is a big plus! Definitely a great toy to keep my dog entertained and happy.

Colorful with tons of pockets! Lots of enjoyment for doggo
I ordered this for a pit bull. I knew there was a chance it would be too small because it’s advertised for smaller dogs, but the measurements seemed decent and indeed, it was perfectly good for a 70 pound dog.It feels well sewn and is just as bright and cute as it looks in the photos. There are endless little pockets and pouches to hide food in, if you can see it on the mat, there’s a way you can put kibble in it. She was very eager to play with it as we loaded up all the little spots, which does take a bit of time and is unavoidable. Once we gave it to her, she had a lot of fun and it kept her busy for ages. So far she hasn’t torn it to shreds, but I wouldn’t recommend leaving it around once all the food has been found or it wouldn’t be difficult for a big dog to rip it apart looking for more treats. It was adorable to see what a great time she had and how long it lasted and I just adore the vibrant attractive look of it. It feels like a great price for all the thought and work that must’ve gone into putting it together.
