If you’re reading this review then chances are like myself your dog or dogs are in every way family and there’s nothing you won’t do to enhance the quality of both their health and lives. Gee it’s nice to be among my own kind!A long time fan of Solid Gold they were the first company to introduce an all natural line of dog food sourced from human grade ingredients. Decades ago I started to research commercial dog foods and the more I learned over the years the more appalled I became. Hence, I now make my own and have been tweaking my recipe for years.However, I still use Solid Gold’s “Hund – N- Flocken” as an added extra for crunch to my mix. Their line of foods are excellent and their SeaMeal supplement is no exception. In fact it is in my opinion, hands down the best supplement you can give to your best friend. I bought this product for my bitch who lost a lot of hair during pregnancy and after whelping she lost more hair, she was completely bald under her belly and at the front of her neck and was losing a lot of hair behind her shoulders and her tail. She came out in a skin rash and the vet said her immune system was low and she had completely lost all her undercoat. In just ONE WEEK of using this product she had a layer of hair on her tummy and round her neck and tail and her undercoat was already starting to grow – before this she had been without hair for 4 months and I was shampooing her with medicated shampoo every three days.
