Just the right size to assist getting to the Open top self-cleaning litter box.
Bought this ramp to go along with our ZeaCotio Open Top automatic litter box. Have a couple of older plus size boys and some kittens 1 year and younger so thought this would help them enter & exit the 10″ high unit. Found out that it also helped get them get accustomed to the litter box, giving them a safe route to check it out without getting too involved with it. Helps prevent tracking of the litter well enough and stays put when they walk up and down the ramp. Gives them an assist and an extra sense of security. This would work nicely for any type of automatic litter box that has a higher entryway.Good size so it is not in the way and easily moved/emptied for cleaning.

Works great. Very Easy to clean. No nooks and crannies that trap nasty bits so tight you can’t clean and sanitize. Very lightweight and durable. Very pliable. Big plus: My cat doesn’t attempt to jump over it leaving litter everywhere.

Perfect for my older kitty…
I was looking for a small step or ramp to help my older kitty who has arthritis access her litter box more easily. This one is just perfect for her needs. It’s the ideal size-not so large as to take up too much room, or so small that she would be tempted to jump over it. The wedge-shape design makes it easy for her to get into and out of her litter box. The upper part of the tray sits firmly down into the ramp, preventing her from slipping off (some other designs I looked at had a very rounded front edge). The star-shaped holes appear to be gentle on her paws (she really dislikes rough surfaces). Plus, I love how well it traps litter-no more litter messes on the floor! I like this so much that I am ordering a second one for her other litter box.

Good mat
Needed this to protect the floors under the litter box. It works for my needs. Only wished it was a bit wider so I could use it for my robot litter box.

Not safe in my opinion
I don’t think this is the safest product.I have an elderly cat – & by elderly I mean she turned 20 this year so she needs a ramp.The way it’s designed it doesn’t “lock in” – it’s designed to be placed just on top in hopes it won’t move because cats step on it. I woke up this morning & the top was off.This is concerning for me because I feel like my senior cat could hurt herself while trying to get in the litterbox.

High quality mat
I got this mat cause my cat was having an issue with the smaller litter box I had put hard. It’s a great size that holds a litter box plus has room all around the litter box. This does a great job of keeping the litter off the floor and her accidents from reaching the floor. Very easy to clean as I just sweep up any litter and put it in the tub to clean it. This is a high quality rubber mat that’s easy to use and a high value for the money. I highly recommend this product if your cat is throwing litter out or having an issue keeping her waste in the box.

Sloped vs. Flat
This is a good product if your cat can tolerate the slope. My handicapped cat adjusted better to a flat step. I think this product is well made and it depends on the cat and why sloped versus flat is right for your cat.
