This plush toy is possibly the toughest one I’ve ever found. My golden retriever tears through plush toys in only a matter of minutes if she wants to. I had a German shepherd that did the same and I think my golden retriever would win in a contest. The fact that she has played with it daily for not just one week, but about two weeks with no apparent damage. Is amazing to me. I’ve bought hundreds of plush toys over the years. For my dogs to play with and ultimately destroy. I am so happy with this particular plush toy because the dogs love it and it is not destroyed already. It has a crinkle sounding flexible and stretchable middle area that my dogs really love. The squeaker in it is a classic favorite. It’s got that tug o war handle that’s always fun for a person or another animal. The fabric is soft and textured giving it a really nice feel for my dog and I. This all makes it a super engaging and fun multi use plush toy. The construction is well done. The design is amazing. I’m incredibly impressed with this dog toy! When I first saw it, I knew it was unique. The Erhalithegro plush toys’ enduring ability to survive the wrath of my golden retriever is unmatched, for this dog. What’s better than the fact that the plush toy has not been destroyed in a few days. Is that my dog seems to always be interested in playing with it. After buying hundreds of dog toys in my life. Finding a toy for dogs that lasts more than a few days is really important to me. I’m trying to imagine how much money I might have saved over time if all the plush toys I’ve bought lasted as well as this one has so far. I think the feel of the toys textured fabric might have something to do with the toys ability to survive destruction. I’m guessing my dog likes it so much that she’s careful to not destroy it right away.

This plush style squeaky toy is so cute! At just over 7 inches long, this plushie is the ideal size for a medium to large dog. Aside from a squeaker in the neck portion of the plush, the toy also contains crinkle paper that appeals to dogs. Although the squeaker isn’t very loud, it’s functional. Due to this, I feel that including additional squeakers in the ears and snout would extend play and increase your pet’s focus.While the rounded design of the plushie’s head makes it easy for your dog to grasp, the middle of the toy contains an elastic band that enables it to extend and retract.At the opposite end of the toy there is also a hand grip that allows for interactive play, bringing both fur babies and family members together for a fun game of tug o’ war.While the exterior of the toy is made of a thicker, textured material, it is not adequate in thwarting heavy chewers. On the contrary, the toy is still intact only because my dog really likes it, and has placed a hold (if albeit a temporary one), on the destruction of it. He enjoys it so much in fact, that he’s begun carrying it with him during our walks 🥹.Will this toy last a long time? No, especially if your dog is a heavy chewer. Within the first hour, my dog had ripped the seam at the collar and “unburdened” it of its squeaker. If you’re the owner of an “avid shredder” like I am though, you learn that it kind of comes with the territory. Regardless of how “tough” or “indestructible” a toy claims to be, most of my dog’s toys won’t last an hour, let alone a week, so I’ve learned to take the good with the bad.In this instance my dog really enjoyed this toy, so I would consider that a win, but I’d also be remiss if I didn’t consider the cost factor. Although my dog is happy, spending $13.99 on a smaller sized toy that he is going to shred fairly quickly isn’t exactly “cost effective”.If your dog is a light chewer, then this toy is a solid choice. It contains a lot of the aspects you want in a good quality toy- a cute design with texturized material, sounds to keep your dog engaged, and a handle for interactive play. However, if you have a heavy chewer like me, you may want to consider waiting until it’s on sale before purchasing.
