Great treat for Dogs — and cats!
I buy in bulk (the 9.5 Ounce Resealable Tub) since my dog and cat both LOVE these treats. A bit stinky (salmon flavored), but not too bad — and the pets – even finicky ones — chow down on these like they are going out of style! A bit pricey, but the tub lasts a long time and worth it for a healthy, easy to feed, treat.UPDATE: Contrary to what others are saying, the tub is 3/4 full (not 1/3) and the pieces are quarter sized (see photos), with some being smaller (broken bits) with only a bit of dust in the tub that is great to use as a meal topper.

Great shelf stable option compared to canned sardines
Decent size pieces of Salmon (as well as with the Beef and Chicken Livers). Since Freeze Dried holds all the nutritional aspects, I wanted to use these as a means to help balance a home made Dog Food Recipe. Because the weights of each piece varied, daily intake would be inconsistant so I had to grind them in a powder to control consistency, which is easily done with a blender/food proccessor.

If you want to sprinkle over your pet’s meal this is for you. Otherwise, not a substantial treat.
While my pet enjoyed the flavor of this treat, half way through the container, the treat became fragments,and further down crumbs. I do not recommend this product.

The food is great! However it’s like buying a bag of chips, it’s literally half full. I’ve purchased 2 at once and can fit all in 1 container.

Strong smell! Great for training!
My dg will listen to all of his commands as soon as he sees or most likely smells these treats. I feel good to give him all natural and healthy treats. My trainer uses this brand as well. She had the beef but I’m using the Salmon ever since his diet is Pet Plate beef and venison. I put a few pieces in a zip lock bag when going on walks. Other dogs try to get into my pockets 😄. I haven’t met a dog yet that doesn’t want these. They do have a very strong smell but it’s salmon so it makes sense. Great product!

Awful smell
These smell horrific. They’re now outside only treats and I use gloves. They make me gag but my dogs love them so we’ve been using them for outdoor training only. We’re going to have to go back to the beef liver thought because I can’t take the smell.

Wild Damon dog treats
These were a hit with my little teddy bear. He can be picky about his food and treats. They are freeze dried so they are very easy to chew and digest.

When opened it had this weird smell, not a fishy salmon smell at all, it was more like a chemical smell. My dog ended up trying a couple of pieces and then within a day he was having diarrhea and this is the only thing different in his diet. Needlesss to say we threw the container out as you cannot return it.
