This laser toy keeps my barn cats entertained with silly patterns. This TBTeek rechargeable cat laser pointer has been great for playing with my barn cats. At under twelve dollars, it’s affordable and packs a lot of variety for the price.The finger rotatable gear lets me switch between 5 funny patterns easily: a simple dot, smiley face, star, mouse, and flower shape. The red laser projects them clearly on the barn floor, walls, or hay bales, even in brighter light. The cats love chasing the silly shapes – the smiley and mouse get them pouncing like crazy, while the star and flower add some whimsy to the hunt.There are 3 lighting modes: the red laser for patterns, a UV light that’s handy for spotting stains or bugs in the barn, and a white light that works as a mini flashlight. Switching modes is straightforward with the button, and the battery recharges fast via USB, lasting through several 10-15 minute play sessions.Quality feels solid – the plastic holds up to rough handling in the barn without breaking or scratching. Well this is a first: a red light cat toy that has an option for the owner to have fun, too.TBTeek seems to understand that using a laser toy can bite humans after a few minutes. Making your cat run this way and that, or watching them attemt to jump up walls only goes so far.Now, using some kind of magic, they’ve made this Cat toy into a rotating spinner!Imagine you cat’s confusion when it’s owner spins the wheel – thousands of bursts of light in every direction!I found that using the spinner, I was more engaged in play with my cats. I actually tired them out! This is the goal; to give them exercise and to chill them out so that they’ll perchance sleep the entire night without waking you.This is also good to encourage nap time in the middle of the day, giving you time for a good siesta.The body of this spinner/cat laser is plastic and seems a tad delicate around the seams, so I would play on softer surfaces. Dropping it might be a booboo.The battery is ready for play, but it comes with a charging chord. This is a first for me: it was always a “sheesh, where do I find replacement button batteries for this,” situation, promoting me to toss old order toys in the trash. Not this one! Just charge it up and play again .Because of the rechargeablity, the fun spinner and the “spray” of laser light, I think the price point on this is fair.

Hours of Fun for Both Cats and Their Humans.
I’m not sure who has more fun with this toy — me or the cat. I didn’t realize when I ordered it that it came with so many laser options. Besides the classic red dot you can switch between a mouse, star, butterfly, and smiley face. On the opposite end there’s a soft flashlight and a purple light (similar to a blacklight but more visible).The design is fun. There’s a little fidget‑spinner section in the middle that theoretically lets you flip it around to use the other end (unfortunately, I don’t have that level of coordination). The whole thing is lightweight plastic but doesn’t feel flimsy. I wouldn’t throw it at a wall, but it seems perfectly fine for everyday play. It gets our middle‑aged(ish) cat moving and keeps my elderly(ish) self entertained. It’s also USB‑rechargeable, which is a huge plus.My only complaint is the scroll wheel that changes the laser patterns. It’s on the underside, so you have to adjust it with your pointer finger instead of your thumb. I keep holding it wrong side up and projecting the butterfly, smiley face, and mouse upside down. Not a dealbreaker — the cat couldn’t care less — it’s just a slightly awkward design choice.This is a fun little toy for both cats and their humans. Decent quality and plenty of entertainment value. I recommend it.

The fidget spinner part is more fun for the human than the cat.
This cat toy is a total lifesaver for keeping pets entertained while I am just hanging out. It works like a fidget spinner with a center axis, so I can flick it and let it do the work while the laser and light modes keep everyone chasing. Having three different modes on something this small is pretty clever, especially since it fits right on a finger. It is definitely more fun than a regular laser pointer and feels solid in the hand. The fidget spinner is kind of fun for you but it moves too fast for the cats to even think about trying to chase it.

Excellent cat toy and flashlight and fidget!
This little toy is so fun. First, it’s a cat toy. One end has a laser pointer with a small dial that can be set to one of 5 different shapes, including a mouse (which my cats adore). It can also be set to two different levels of brightness, though I pretty much just use the brighter version.The other end is a flashlight! What a great idea; now this thing is useful to keep in a pocket or purse all the time, and so you have it when the cat wants it, but it is also useful to you. The flashlight has two brightness levels, and though neither is super bright, it is enough to see where you are going or look through your purse with.In the middle of it all is a fidget spinner! That’s right, when you aren’t playing with the cat, you can play with this toy yourself. Again, what a great idea.Finally, it is rechargeable so you don’t need to deal with batteries. The charge lasts a good long time as well. It came charged up and I haven’t had to recharge it yet, despite several hours of playtime.The housing is the only thing I’m concerned about since it seems to be pretty stiff plastic. Time will tell if it is prone to cracking.

This gadget is neat. The laser pointer is bright and goes pretty far. There is also a flashlight with two brightness settings. It’s a good thing that it’s rechargeable because our dog is obsessed with it. He likes chasing pointers but absolutely loves this one. You can tun it on and spin it so you can see a bright beam. I’ll be purchasing another one for sure. Very impressed with this and the price is great.

This started to fade the third time I was playing with my cats and the brightness is fading already even after a thorough charging. I love the shapes but I’m annoyed that it’s not working much even with charging
