Needed to update our addresss on our dog’s tag and decided to order from Ultra Joy. Very impressed with the product I received. The metal is much thicker than the tag I had previously purchased at a pet store kiosk. Nice variety of designs and fonts to choose from. Even the envelope it was sent in was unique and pretty, so it would be very presentable as a gift too.

Adorable. Very good materials used, not cheap & flimsy. Comes in the cutest little packaging too. Love love. Also, because my hubby got the mail the day they came, my dog tags got lost in his truck between the seat. I thought they didn’t come. They were so attentive in getting back to me & resolving the issue. They were super nice. Luckily I found them before any action was taken but it was nice not to have to wait days for a response from them. They were on top of they’re game 🙂

I have had this dog tag for almost 2 years; the dog tag has outlasted three collar now. No obvious scratches, no fading, the text is still easy to read, and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. I am able to add three lines of texts on the back side; the top line is for humor effect, the second and third lines are a phone number for me and a family member. Awesome quality, will purchase again.
