Unreliable and a waste of money
I used this for my cat and it doesn’t work nearly as well as advertized. One it says that it is compatible with the “find my” app but when I got it, it specifically says to use the “find hub” app which I hadn’t installed and made me set up things on my phone I didnt want in the first place. After getting it up and running it won’t show that the tag has left the premises and the ‘play sound’ doesn’t play even when its litterally in my hand, it just won’t connect. I thought it was just a problem on my end and decided to test it by putting it far away from me and seeing if I could find it and the app just said that it was “out of range” it wasn’t even that far away. I thought this might be a better choice than the non removable collar I got for my other cat but was sorely mistaken. Buy if you wan’t your money down the drain and more stress added to your already stressful time trying to find your animals.

Not working as I’d hoped
The phone connects to it with the app, but doesn’t recognize it’s movement away from the phone. It does recognize it and stay in place when the phone moves away from it. I’m still playing with it, but overall I’m not expecting to be able to use it as I’d hoped.
