How to set up the scheduled feeding? Set up in the unlock mode
Step 1: Press & hold the “Lock” button for 3S, then press “Set” button MEAL icon is blinking.
Step 2: Set the number of meals per day——press the UP & DOWN button to choose 1-6 meals per day, then press the SET button to save.
Step 3: When time icon 0000 is flashing, press the UP & DOWN button to set feeding hour/minute/portion for the first meal.
Step 4: Set the 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th meal in the same way.

How to manual feeding? Set up in the unlock mode
Step 1: Press & hold the “Lock” button for 3s to unlock the screen.
Step 2: In unlocked mode, press both UP & DOWN button together to manual dispense 1 portion.
Note: Manual feeding that doesn’t affect the scheduled feeding.

How to reset all settings? Set up in the locked mode
Step 1: Press & hold the “Lock” button for 3s to unlock the screen.
Step 2: Press & hold the UP button for 5s to reset all settings (time,feeding plan and number of meals per meal, recording).
Step 3: Hear “didi” indicate clear recording is complete.

Price point: excellentQuality: seems goodEase of programming: I figured it out pretty quicklyCat: fed on an actual scheduleI will say I fully disassembled it to wash it when I first got it. Now I just wipe out the storage container and shoot where the food falls out of with a wet cloth and I wash the dish with soap. I took everything apart initially with a screw driver because I wanted to thoroughly clean and dry it. This probably was not necessary.I don’t usually travel but I often spend a night away, come home from work late, sleep in, etc. These habits made it impossible for my cat to have a regular eating schedule and left me often asking my roommate to feed him. If you’re a better person/cat owner and can adhere to an actual schedule, good on you and you probably don’t need this. If you’re like me and sometimes want to hang out with coworkers after closing up at your job at 10pm or want to not be woken up by a persistent, hungry cat at 5am, get this.My cat is on all dry food right now, which I don’t prefer but he does. I was feeding 3 tablespoons at 8am and 3 tablespoons at 8pm. As I’ve said, these times weren’t rigid and it left my cat irritable and hangry. I have programmed this for 4 small meals (2am- 1 tablespoon, 8am- 2 tablespoons, 2pm- 1 tablespoon, 8pm- 2 tablespoons), feeding him the same amount but evenly spaced out over the course of 24hrs. I started with 2 meals at the same times I was manually feeding him, (3 portions at both 8am and 8pm) but I noticed 12hrs in between meals led to hanger and bad behavior. I think 4 meals is the max amount you can program. 1 portion on this machine is 1 tablespoon and I have not gone over 3 portions but it does go higher (I think at least up to 4). He seems much more content throughout the day, he isn’t gorging himself since he’s getting smaller meals, and his moods are more regulated. Plus I have peace of mind knowing my cat is always fed the right amount at the right time. It works great, it’s easy to program and make adjustments.I just hope it works for a while and that if it does stop working I can notice it before my cat is too underfed. Initially I stayed up to ensure it worked right after programming it, paranoid that he wouldn’t get fed. Thus far, it has dispensed food exactly as programmed. If you’re away and worried perhaps a camera would be good to ensure everything is working, but I have had 0 problems.

This feeder is awesome! We’ve had no issues. Set up was easy enough. Portion sizes are exactly as they state and it’s REALLY nice that they can go down to such a small amount (1 TBSP) so our chonky cat can be fed as often as he thinks he needs, but the smaller portions help him lose a little poundage. We also had an issue with our last feeder with him head butting and sticking his paw up the feeder to cheat for more food and that is NOT an issue at all with this one, partly because of the design and partly because he’s getting fed smaller amounts more often. The little sticker on the top lets you know how small your kibble size should be to be able to use properly. It’s got an electrical cord with battery back-up, which is nice because we don’t have to reset everything every time the batteries die like we did on our old one. The only two reasons I gave four stars instead of five are 1) because it’s not keeping time perfectly and has lost about a minute per month (not a huge deal) and 2) the food hopper is tinted very dark, so unless you have it in a brightly lit area, it’s sometimes hard to tell how much food is left. Unfortunately this feeder did not help solve our cat’s scarf and barf issue, but that’s not a problem with the feeder. It’s been amazing!!

Wonderful feeder
I bought this to feed a stray while out of town and worked beautifully. The stray was actually a lost cat and reunited with her family so this is now in my kitchen and still works like a charm.

Great Feeder!
I have two cats and I sometimes have to travel and my cats do not like to travel so I needed to come up with a solution as my one cat will over eat. I watched some videos and settled on this one.Easy to set up. If you watch the video or follow the instruction book this is very easy to get set up for what you are wanting. It gives you a food size guide on the top of the lid and does make it easy to let you know if your food will work in the feeder. The tray where the food goes into is easy to remove and clean and to slide back into place. Making it also impossible for any cats to spill the tray over with how it connects to the dispenser.Also, I do not have the ability to plug this in where it sits so I have been only using batteries. I bought this back in July and as of the end of December I am still showing that the batteries on it are full. So if you are worried that where you want to put it doesn’t have a plug it, it does work great on batteries only.

I bought this cat feeder because I like to go on mini vacays or staycation. My cat also is on a managed diet & needs portioned meals throughout the day and a daily intake.I was a bit hesitant, overwhelmed at first with the amount of choices out there. I went with this brand after doing a bunch of research and reading customers reviews good & bad!!!This automatic cat feeder also comes with a meal plan guide that is very helpful when picking out and portioning your cats daily intake as well as a military time conversion chart for those of us (me included) are unsure of the correct times!!For example;1 Portion = 1 TBSP4 Portions = 1/4 cupsLargest portion size is 8-9. With the option of up to 4 meal times of your choosing!I’ve had my feeder for about 1 Month now!! & My experience has been phenomenal so far. I’m able to sleep in & going out with friends for a few days feeling comfortable knowing my cat is getting his daily intake as well as not associating me with meal time; thus making our bond that much stronger!I would recommend this product because it’s very affordable. Easy assembly! It is like setting up a digital watch for you cats meals. While you sit back an relax 10/10

The mechanics of this feeder are working fine, however the digital programming is inconvenient.Upon the initial setup, I accidentally set the incorrect time and have been unable to adjust it, which also means that I cannot adjust for daylight savings.I was able to set the timer accordingly so they dispensed at the required time of day.I would like to make adjustments, but I have misplaced the instructions and I cannot find anything online.In hindsight, I wish I had purchased a feeder with an app feature.

I had to test the grams cuz my cats food is big and the distribution wasn’t correct in grams. I have to give 5 portions from the machine instead of 2, because the pieces are big. I give my cat 15 grams per meal. But other than that it’s easy to clean, works as it should and my cat got use to it in 1 second! First time he heard it he knew it was his food! He doesn’t talk to us in the morning anymore to get fed 🙂 fixed what I wanted which was him waking us up to be fed!

Pretty good product for it’s priceGood:-if you unplug the power (or there’s a power outage), your feeding settings and clock are still in the system-Bowl shaped like a cat-pretty easy to use, uses 24hr, military time-I personally like the smaller size, as I live in a condo, so it doesnt take up too much space for my catThanks!
