Great machine with “bury waist” feature before dumping out the litter!
I love this self cleaning litter box. I’ve tried other automatic cleaning litter boxes before, this one has a unique feature that others don’t. I was surprised at first that this machine would move “half way” then went back to the original position, I thought it was not working. After I waited for the set wait time to clean (6 mins in my case), the machine went through the full cycle and dumped the litter. Later, I realized that the “half way” movement is “burying the waist” according to the app! This feature is awesome because it actually covers the litter and wait for it to dry before dumping out the litter minutes later, so if you have cats like mine that don’t cover their litter well, this feature is a life saver! Other litter boxes I had in the past didn’t “bury the waist”, so when it dumped out the litter, it made the machines dirty and I had to scrape them often.Highly recommend this machine!

This is the worst. I would love for it to be a good product but it isn’t. It works just the first time after that trouble. Antipinch sensor stops it from working. The worse part is there is no customer service to talk to about it. So you are stuck with a pretty litter box you still have to clean by hand. I paid too much for this product not to work. It’s worthless not worth the time and effort I put into it so far. I want my money back. Do t buy this at all

My Cat Did Not Like, I did.
My cat wanted nothing to do with this. She would not go in. But it is very well made, and blue tooth is nice if you go away fir a night or two you can still clean the box. Sad I had to go conventional kitty litter box.

Constantly have to clean it on the sides.It gets stuck in the cage.It only goes to 1 side of the bin and gets clogged.All the time i bought this to make my life easy.And somewhat did, but at the same time, it’s more of a project
