The biscuits are smaller than my previous ones (Vitabia, purple) and rather than 1 or 2 depending on weight (mine was two) I now have to give 16! Plus the animal weights are shown in lbs not kg (so get your convertor out).So will last me slightly longer but for the price not a saving. Quantity is great if it wasn’t for the large dose! The cat ate them.

My kitty had terrible diahorrea, pills from the vet couldn’t help. In desperation I decided to give this a go. After 5 days her toilet had firmed up. Now after 2 weeks she is clear. Great stuff.

If you have a cat or two, then giving them the best diet to keep them healthy is the key to a long, happy life together! Normal pet food really only contains the basics, but lots of beneficial nutrients, such as healthy gut bacteria, are only present in low or zero quantities, and much like in humans, these additional extras can help boost health and wellbeing. Hence, when I saw these, I was keen to try them out.First impressions are good, the tub comes with a security seal, has a screw lid for freshness, and contains 500 treats. The listed ingredients are: Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium, Bacillus coagulans, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), and there is also some fish oil.All of which will help to contribute to a healthy digestive system and overall wellbeing. The recommended dose is 1 chew per 1lb of body weight, so if you gave a 10lb cat, then 10 chews per day.Taste test wise, my cats scoff these down readily, so certainly pass on that! There is no real smell or odour.Overall for £19, these will last for around 50 days if you give 10 per day, so the cost does not feel excessive, and I would pay much the same for supplements I buy myself, so it seems a good way to boost their gut health, and would be esp useful if your cat suffers from loose bowl movements, as gut bacteria are heavily involved in processing food correctly.
