a great purchase for the price
i don’t know what it is about this toy but it has unlocked something incredibly feral in my 1 year old cat baby. he has developed a pavlovian response to the jingling of bells because he thinks the source of it is this toy. he has NEVER responded so excitedly to any toy i have brought home since adopting him from the shelter this last February. he will chase, leap, and chomp down on this bad boy until i put it away, and let me tell you i have to HIDE this thing or else he will scale any obstacle to retrieve it. he is panting like a dog by the end of our daily playtime, and he will also growl as he tries to murder kick it as well as when i try to pry his well earned prey from his vicious maw.that being said, the bit on the end of the wire that holds the hook to the wire is not great; i had to super glue it because he would yank it clean off the end of the cord. the worms on a string are also a little flimsy and have promptly become worms off the string in the wake of his terror, and we have had an instance of one having its nose ripped off. the fishing pole itself has held up pretty nicely though, and it looks like i could probably attach my own wire and all if it came to that. all in all though, this was a total win for my baby and i will be reordering once Yoshi has slaughtered the remaining worms in his blind bloodlust.

Great value and very fun!
Our kitten is LOVING her Christmas present! She is known for destroying toys, and this one is standing the test of her energetic play. The extending wand makes for great play interaction and toy movement. Both of our cats like the “worm” attachments. The foam handle is comfortable for long play sessions. We’ve left her panting multiple times today!

Good variety of toys and great value for the price. My cat loves chasing the worm teasers and jumping for the feather attachments. The wands extend nicely and make playtime easy. Only minor downside is that some attachments wear out fast, but overall a fun and worthwhile set.

it’s SO hard to find wand sets without feather lures. Feathers are always very cruelly sourced. There is no ethical feather sourcing. It’s always torturous live plucking. So we were overjoyed to find a feather free kit – don’t want to cause cruel and unusual torture on birds to entertain our cats. The wands are fishing wire, so you can’t leave them lying around (chocking risk if the cats get tangled) but they’re WONDERFUL for supervised interactive play time. The cats can see the lure, not the string. The foam handles are comfortable, and the retracting wands, though not super sturdy, get the job done. We have had similar wands before that broke fairly quickly and these seem similarly fragile but so far they’re holding up, so maybe they’re stronger than they look/feel. One note: cats don’t really want to end play time until they get the satisfying “kill bite” and run off with their prize in their mouth. They can’t do that with this because if they get the toy in their mouth and go to run, obviously the wand (and you) are attached. The cats don’t get this and that leads to some comedy but prolongs play time quite some time. I wish someone would make a magnetic version instead of a clip version (the clip is like a jewelry clasp) but until that happens, here’s our solution: when the cat seems ready to finish, we get a second lure and string it onto the first lure, so that if they tug that one, it will actually come off into their mouth, and they can run away with their prize, as desired.

I like how it comes with multiple worms and bonus fishy, my cat loves the fish now too because it has the ribbon strings.I like the colors of the worms.The wand toy itself, the metal piece at the top broke loose from a lot of aggressive play from kitty, but it was easily fixable to put back through. I love how they included an extra string line. They string also has detachable clips so you can even put other toys not included in this set on this.Great product. Kitty goes crazy for worm time!!

Max just annihilates those wormy things. He goes crazy for them, chasing it around endlessly. And he’s good. Real good. Some might say too good. Within days one by one the bodies on those worms turn up shredded, layer by frilly layer, leaving a ragged and almost bare skeleton, the silky guts scattered about, and driven into the carpet. The bell heads on the worms stay attached to the wand, like a fly born from the body, and are arguably exactly what Max is going for. This, oh yes this perverse bodiless abomination attached to fishing wire and a stick jingling away with the slightest of movements, this is what Max lives for.

My cat is obsessed with these toys. She can hear the bell a mile away and goes nuts for thd work attachments. Great for exercise. Only criticism is the worm toys get destroyed pretty easily. Not best quality but cat loves them so I buy them.
