I have purchased this toy for many different cats. Some like it and some do not. It lasts and for those cats who do like it, it is a great and fun toy and you can even play with them.

Best Cat Toy Ever
I have been astounded by how much cats love this toy and don’t tire of it. We bought it when we were raising a litter of kittens, and they played with it all the time–even in the middle of the night. As the cats we kept have grown older, they still enjoy it from time to time. I sometimes take it away for a week or two, and when it comes back, they are back to it again. Recently, we had a couple of foster cats here temporarily, and they also took to it.When I bought this, I also bought extra balls separately, thinking that the cats would surely grow tired of balls that just went in a circle around the tracks, but they have never lost interest. They enjoy batting and chasing the loose balls, but they seem to have a special affection for this toy. They sit and work on it alone or together like humans playing cards or chess. This evening I discovered one of them lying inside a paper bag (their other favorite toy), with just a paw extending out to bat the balls around on the tower. She looked so happy, and I will never regret this purchase.

Great for all cats
I recently adopted 3 new cats and they all are obsessed with this! It’s great for house of entertainment and is very durable unlike other paper styles. It’s great functionality for the price and is quiet even when they all get to hitting the balls around!

Good toy, slow to warm to at first
My cats didn’t like this toy at first, but when they finally got used to it and figured it out, they love playing with it. The design is good, and allows my kitten and my older cats to play with the different levels. There’s not much weight to it, so they have scooted it across the carpet and tipped it over, but they’ll still play with it even then. My one qualm with it is that they have gotten a few of the balls out, and I’ve found them around the house. I can put them back into the toy, but they do eventually get them out again. Not sure if it’s the balls, since it’s only certain ones, or the groove they’re in. Overall, I am happy with the toy for the price, and it keeps my cats entertained.

If your cat is active, wants to go outside but also picky…GET IT!
The great price made we want to give it a try. I’m really surprised that my active but picky 1 year old ‘Squeaks’ would be bored or uninterested, but he took to it right away! I put it on the bed and he was so enamored, he played until he fell asleep playing with it.I’ve been taking him out on a harness but it’s getting very cold and dark where we are so that limits his chances to “hang out”. This has definitely helped to keep him occupied in between our play sessions.

It will get used
Mt cats love this toy. They play with it all the time. Even had to remove at night as runt continued well into the wee hours of the morning. Well made also as been banged around also. Kinda fun to watch them delight in this toy!

Kittens (5-12weeks) love this. Add wool/felt/yarn ball/treats and they pull those out.
We foster kittens and are always looking for durable toys that are easily cleaned between fosters – – – and of course, kittens have to love it too.This fits the bill perfectly.Most of our kittens are around the 5-12week age range. Sometimes we have several and other times we’ll just have one. This ball tower is enjoyed by all. We’ve yet to have a kitten ignore it.When they play with it, there is a little bit of noise with the balls rolling around in the tracks, but it’s sort of a muffled sound and not loud or bothersome at all. In fact, I quite enjoy hearing the noise as it tells me they’re playing and enjoying themselves.Sometimes to change things up a little, I’ll put just one or two treats on one of the levels. They can’t get even their little faces in there so they enjoy sticking their little paws in the track to fish it out.I also have some of those little wool/felt/yarn balls which are about the same size of the plastic balls in the tracks. I’ll stick one of those wool balls in one of the tracks and they enjoy using their claws to pull that out.This is made of solid plastic, so in between fosters I can spray with Rescue for cleaning and reuse it for the next kittens.This makes kittens and humans happy – – – great toy

My kitten’s favorite toy
So I found this just scrolling through Amazon looking at various things for myself when I found this and had to get it for my kitten because we already knew she loves interactive toys which I figured she would coming in off of the streets and into my house at 6 weeks old after being orphaned. It was delivered 3 days ago and she’s already spent hours just playing with her toy. She will also choose to go play with her toy on a different floor of the house instead of playing near my hubby and I as she’s a Velcro kitty so it’s definitely helping encourage her independence, not that she needs it as she’s an independent Velcro kitty. I’m personally not a fan of the light up ball because it’s too bright for my light sensitive self but she loves it so figuring out a place for me to watch her play without triggering a migraine while I’m gaming is the only downside to getting this toy but it’s still worth it because it makes her happy and keeps her from getting bored

At first, like the previous reviewer mention you gotta push the balls. once the kitty gets accustomed to it after a couple of sniffs here and there, (which takes a total of 10 seconds lol) Then all hell breaks lose. I took the video about an hour ago and right now the kitty has already managed to turn it upside down and continuing to play with it in inverted-mode haha. It does have 4 rubber feet at the base so place it on something hard and it wont move around. (I just put mine on a towel for the sake of taking a video now, and it moves around when the kitty aggressively tries to maul the un-gettable balls to death) So place it on tile, wood, ceramic, anything hard that can make use of the rubber base.Moving on, the toy is wonderful. Its well-built and i tried physically asserting some force to the clip areas to test its strength and it seems sturdy enough! If i cant budge the clips with the force I used there is no way a cat can either. Its made of good quality plastic not the cheap kind you would normally expect in your head when it comes to these sorta(basically chinese made) products. It is made in China but seems to be produced and imported from the U.S.A. (I’ve attached a pic of it)More importantly, the kitty has been playing with it since i opened it, for an unhealthy amount of time, lol. so to make sure the kitty doesnt get bored of it, make sure you keep it stashed away somewhere for long periods and bring it out only occasionally as “play time” because every toy tends to get boring after a while. And you wont need to use catnip to make kitty play with things again.I rate it an easy 5/5 stars.
