Finally died, but worth buying another!
Will be purchasing another one – the cat absolutely loves this dispenser and is entirely too smart for her own good. She’s figured out just hitting the sensor will give treats but she still loves playing with the ball. The sound it makes took her a while to get used to, she was terrified at first. It no longer charges (btw LOVE that it charges with just a regular C charger!) and for a product under 20 that lasted almost a full year its not a bad investment.

Cute and different!
We have a lot of cats, and a lot of different treat/kibble dispensers for mental stimulation. This is an amazing toy that I chose for some of our kittens who want more interactive play. It definitely takes a few tries to get used to, but once a cat learns how to use it, they really enjoy batting the ball to dispense the treats! The main treat storage is a good size, so a lot of kibble can fit in there. It also dispenses a good amount of kibble at a time – enough to keep them interested but not too much that they overeat. The charge has seemed to last for a while also! It’s a bit more fussy to clean because, unlike my other treat dispensers, you can’t put the whole unit in a dishwasher. You have to wipe it down instead, so I just need to be more diligent to make sure it doesn’t get super dirty.The biggest con is the noise it makes. It’s definitely a loud whirring noise when the dispenser is triggered. It’s fine to put in a separate room but we do put it away at night since it’s a bit noisy when a cat keeps triggering it every few minutes. Other than that, we love it! And our cats do too 🙂

Awful instructions and doesn’t want to work.
Received, instructions are appallingly bad, Who knows it doesn’t tell you, it definitely doesn’t work.Three cats and they all lost interest, it didn’t dispense, it didn’t do anything.I have it connected to a power brick and it is drawing 2 watts power but still doesn’t do anything. In fact I had to go to product listing to see that it needs to charge. Nothing on the box so if this was a gift the recipient would be bewildered.It’s an okay size but I expect it to break if mishandled because insteuctions are awful, only on the side of the box and suitably vague.Others complained about noise, doesn’t do anything so I can’t comment on noise from it. Should gave read reviews before buying and not relied on an AI glowing representation of the product

Cat loves it but they stop working within a few weeks
The first one I ordered stopped working just short of the 30-day return window, so I was able to get a replacement. This time, it stopped working 7 days too late for a return. The two stars are for the enjoyment my cat got out of them prior to breaking.

Good pace feeder
This is a fun little treat for my cats, it allows them to have a snack in between main feedings. It works well! Once they figured it out they were able to help themselves (sometimes non stop LOL). I haven’t had any issues with it jamming and it’s easy to clean. Warning though, when it needs to charge it just keeps shooting food out, cats enjoy it, me not so much lol
