Best dog hammock I’ve gotten to date- and I’ve gone through quite a lot. This one is the best because it has a hard bottom that is the part on the seat that your dog actually stands/sits on. Solid and more stable for your dog to stand. I put a cushion on top to make it cozy for my perfect fur baby lol. Then the parts that come up on the seats to make the “u” shape and more material like and softer with pockets. It easily clups on to the back of the front seats and the front of the back seats. Easy to clean and honestly, it contains the fur so much better where as a full material hammock allows for the fur to fly everywhere, get embedded in the material and get all over the actual seats. This one has a “gym mat–type make up so the fur collects and you can sweep it off and out the door or if you have a dust vacuum you can suck it right up.These types of covers, the “u” shaped ones, regardless the material, are a life saver. I was in a pretty bad car accident with my lab and because the seat cover cocooned him in when the car rolled, he didn’t sustain one injury. So you see, this isn’t just a back seat extender, it’s also a life extender!

I bought this one for my 2013 Chevrolet Sonic….. fits well, works well, and is a lot less expensive than other brands…. my 90 pound German Shepard loves it…

Well-made back seat extender/protector that fits great
My pup loves to ride but she is a bit hard on the car interior due to claws and drooling. Bark World’s backseat extender/protector seemed like a logical choice to extend the life of my car’s interior. This item arrived enclosed in a zip up carry bag, which is a wonderful bonus. Anytime I’m not using the extender, I have a way to keep it neatly stored and tidy. The actual backseat extender is very well made and easy to install in the backseat. Mine didn’t come with an instruction page, but after I got it unfolded, it was pretty easy to figure out how to place it and get things secured with the included straps. I love that this backseat extender comes with a zippered pass-through to the front seat (just in case it’s needed). The fabric on the top side is a durable looking quilted style (with reinforcement for the securing straps) and the bottom has a non-skid backing. This backseat extender also has side walls to help protect the interior car doors. A couple of mesh pockets round out the features of this amazing extender. Best of all – it fits the back seat just fine and my pup likes it too!

I do like, but how to wash? Without a removable board?
Because of the board that I dont think I can take out unless I missed something, I dont know how to wash it…Other than that I dont plan on using it conventionally but using it as a splash guard in the house where they like to potty

Amazing dog backseat platform!!
I help at my local Animal shelter to transport dogs to adoption events or to the vet, and this backseat platform is perfect! I have tried 2 different car seat covers for the back seat with straps that goe over the seats but they just cover the seat and sometimes is slippery and not comfortable for the dog. So this is definitely a game changer!!! It fits really well and was very easy to install. Just secure the straps on the back seats and the others in the front headrests. The bottom platform stays flat and stiff and keeps her dog protected when the car is moving. The sides by the windows are mesh, can be left down if your dog wants to put his head out the window, and everything else stays perfectly in place. The design is impressive. It is very easy to install, the hooks and straps are strong and the material is easy to clean and water and tear resistant. All the details are thoughtfully made. The quality is definitely great! It is more expensive than other seat covers in the market but this one works and it is worth the price!

Perfect for Traveling with Dogs – Safe, Sturdy, and Comfortable
This backseat extender has been great for my dogs. The hard bottom makes it feel sturdy, so they’re not slipping between the seats, and it gives them a full platform to stretch out on. The waterproof material is a big plus, especially after walks or trips to the park.It fits well in the back of the SUV, doesn’t slide around, and the nonslip surface keeps the dogs steady even when turning or braking. The hammock style also helps keep hair and dirt off the seats, which is exactly what I needed.Overall, it makes traveling with dogs much easier and safer. Highly recommend for anyone with pets that ride in the backseat regularly.

Great dog bed!This is the second time I’ve purchased the one and am really happy with how well it is made. There are straps, 4 in total that are secured around the headrest and adjustable. Even comes with a nice carrying bag. I think this is fair value for your money!
