best enrichment activities and a mental outlet
I use this puzzle toy regularly with my two dogs, and it’s been a great way to provide mental stimulation while slowing down treat time. The sliding compartments are easy for dogs to understand but still challenging enough to keep them engaged. They quickly learned to use their noses and paws to uncover the hidden treats.It works well as both a slow feeder and a boredom buster, especially on days when outdoor activity is limited. The toy feels sturdy and stays in place during use, even when both dogs are actively working through it. I like that it encourages problem-solving without being overly frustrating.This is best for dogs who enjoy enrichment activities and need a mental outlet. For very strong chewers, supervision is still important, but as an interactive feeder and skill-building toy, it’s been a useful addition to our routine.

Well-made, plastic and the piece of slide easily
Both my 125 pound dog and my 7 pound dog absolutely love this. It’s such a treat when they get to play with it and they both have mastered it pretty well and yet it still keeps their attention.

This feeder will surely make your dogs work for their food.
I recently tried this slow feeder (I purchased 2 feeders) for my two Corgis (25 & 30 lbs.). Overall, it’s a well-constructed product and definitely slows down eating as intended. The design encourages dogs to work for their food, which helps with digestion and keeps them engaged.That said, there are a couple of challenges I noticed. The kibble sometimes gets jammed in the sliding doors, which can make it harder for my pups to access the food. Also, the feeder doesn’t hold a large amount of kibble—I found myself needing to refill it 2–3 times per meal to accommodate both of my dogs. Finally, my pups had a tougher time reaching the kibble in the middle ring, which caused a bit of frustration.Despite these issues, it’s sturdy, safe, and does the job of slowing down fast eaters. I think it could work especially well for smaller dogs or those who eat less at mealtime.

The design is adorable and I love the little bones and paw prints they put on the tabs. They are easy to slide and the colors are bright and admirable. There is different difficulty levels. The yellow circles are more on the easy side. The red ones are a bit more harder if you have a more intelligent dog. The three white tabs in the middle move in a 360 circle, there is one missing so you can slide the red tab in to hide the treats. I use my dog’s kibble as treats; the kibble pellets are 1cm in length and 1cm in width. I can fit about 2 pellets in each tab hole, there are 14 small holes which you can hide the treats in total.Cleaning the puzzleIt depends if you wash it by hand or put it in the dishwasher. I do both but I prefer the dishwasher because it is a little hard to clean by hand since there is so many nooks and crannies on the toy. Of course, it is dishwasher safe and I recommend putting it in by itself because you don’t want to cross-contaminate the dog slobber to be on your dishes. I wouldn’t put crushed or wet dog food in it because it could get in the sliding rails and jam it up or get moldy. If you are going to dry the toy, open all the tabs so they are exposed. If you cannot, that’s okay.My dog’s opinionI have two dogs, a 2-year-old chocolate Labrador named Maggie and a 7-year-old labradoodle named Rufio, Maggie takes about 1 or 2 minutes to finish the puzzle because she is super energetic. Rufio takes 3 or 4 minutes because he is calmer; but sometimes I have to help him just a little bit. It is suitable for all dog ages and I recommend it if your dog (s) are annoying you. They both love it and I give it to them for mental stimulation and as a reward. The bottom has “non-slip pads”, but if I’m being honest they actually don’t work that well. My dogs just slide it around.

Great mind game for smart dogs!!!
Fun product but the sliders are a bit hard to get open for a smaller Maltipoo, this would be better suited to a bit larger dog, but I plan to keep and work on the sliders so they are easier to open for my little guy. This is a foot scratcher so does make a bit of noise while they are playing with it!

Basic, easy, fun toy that is easy to clean
I have a 2 year old male Lab and I’ve bought him just about every puzzle toy on the market. He really does enjoy playing with these sorts of toys. I’d put this toy in the “easy” category. The way I gauge the difficulty of these toys is by whether or not he can find all the treats before he gets bored and walks away. Understand that being a Lab, he likes his food. There’s not much the boy won’t eat! So he’ll worry with these toys for quite a while. He can empty this toy rather quickly, seems to have a great time doing it but does not get frustrated or bored with it.When you are looking at puzzle toys, one thing to consider is the ease with which you can clean them. Yes, you do need to clean them at lease occasionally. I clean them every time he plays with one. Again, Lab. He’s got a huge tongue and big wet nose. By the time he’s finished, the entire toy is covered in puppy slobber. Some of these toys are absolute nightmares to clean. This one is NOT. You can put it in the sink under running water and clean it up fairly quickly (a minute or two). I give it a gentle shake and set it aside to air dry, going back once to move the pieces so that all the compartments dry. Alternatively, you could use a cloth or paper towel to dry it.I definitely recommend this toy.

Great toy/mental stimulation
My dog loves this new toy! I can tell it definitely pushes his little brain to think of how to get his food out. It’s great quality and sturdy material. He can get a bit frustrated when the treats don’t come out right away, but it’s doing what it’s supposed to! This really helps when I can tell he’s bored, especially on rainy days we can’t take longer walks

I was purposely looking for an easy interactive toy for my senior dog. This was the perfect toy for him. It was challenging enough that it kept him occupied for quite some time, but it was also simple enough that he was able to complete the puzzle. The quality is solid, it was easy to fill and the doors slid open and closed with no issues.
