Shipped quickly and received just in time because it got down to 20 degrees last night. Product is well packaged and it comes with picture and word instructions, though it is pretty obvious in its construction. The house is very well made, and the materials are sturdy and well-sewn, the walls and roof are insulated, and the electrical cord is well protected. I was very happy and impressed with the quality and design.I bought this for a stray that had been sleeping under a bush in my front yard, a very friendly old guy. I had to put a small bowl of kibble inside the cathouse and then open the roof and put him in to get him to go in. The clear plastic front “door” freaked him out and after I removed it, he was in and out like he owned the place.This is a good size for one (maybe two) cats, but I could see up to four smaller cats snuggling in because… well, cats.The heating pad is warm and has a furry cover on it.I actually think this is my best purchase of the year, and well worth the money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this.

Husband put together about 30 to 45 minutes. Very well made. Warms up quick. My cats outside do like it. I keep it in the garage. Depends on size of cats but 2 medium fit well. I ❤️ mine.

I’m super happy with this item!! Sometimes I’ll choose a more expensive product thinking it will be better because it cost more. This time I chose a lesser expensive product and it actually paid off! My cats love it and I can rest easy knowing they won’t be freezing at night!The product arrived a day earlier than expected and just in time for a below freezing night!It easily fits my 2 fully grown adult cats. Actually, depending on how much your cats like each other, it could probably fit a 3rd cat.I was worried it might get too hot inside but it seems to be the perfect temperature to keep the cats comfortable. It’s fully insulated inside. The floor mat is soft material. I don’t need to add any extra blankets for comfort or warmth.Also, it’s very sturdy. It was not hard to assemble at all and no tools were required! I loved that for myself! 🙌🙌The Velcro used to seal the edges, is very strong Velcro. When I didn’t quite line it up correctly, it was kinda tough to pull apart and realign. Which is a good thing because it’s unlikely to let cold air in through the edges.The entrance/exit doors, are easy for the cats to utilize but at the same time, they seem to close off pretty well when not in use.I have it stored under a large covered patio so I’m not sure about the waterproof material but it feels like it probably is waterproof.There’s no smell to the product that I noticed and I have a super human sense of smell. 😂Overall, I would recommend this over and over again! So far, I’m very impressed and my cats seem to love it too!

Outdoor neighborhood cats love it. Keeps them nice and warm. Easy to assemble. A bit pricey for what is is but priceless to have happy and safer neighborhood cats.

Purchased this at the start of December and my girls were in it the very first night. We inherited a small colony from our elderly neighbor and whole we have managed to rehome most of them over the last 5 years, we still have 4 or 5 out there including these two girls who have taken up residence on our back porch. This little house has been amazing for providing some extra shelter and warmth for them. It is certainly big enough for both of them (ive seen them both in it together before) but they tend to take turns throughout the night.The house isnt super heavy, so you’ll probably want to stake it down or otherwise secure it if you live somewhere with very high winds and dont have a somewhat sheltered place to put it. We’ve had some pretty rough wind the last few days and it hasnt moved even a bit from where i have it.It is also sturdy enough for them to hop on top of it, id say the girls are probably around 9lbs and the roof hasnt sagged or collapsed from them hopping on it to get into our kitchen window (where they go to yell at me about the food dish being empty).The heating pad doesnt get super warm on its own, but it does provide a good amount of heat once theres someone laying on it. I really appreciate this as it makes me much less worried about it starting a fire or burning someone.Overall i can definitely recommend this house, and i think the girls would too, i dont think its been empty for more than maybe an hour since I put it together. The video is from the first night I had it out!

These are HUGE!!! Extremely easy to assemble and my cats just love them! I have several heated cat houses but none of those are nearly as large and were difficult to assemble correctly. I just purchased 2 more of these! *****5 stars!!!

Not weatherproof
It is nice and large goes together easily, the heated pad is very cozy and I was extremely happy with this product. My kitty went right in and enjoyed it until the rain came lol! This is definitely not waterproof. The sad thing is you definitely have to figure out some way to Cover it with something or put a roof on it so that it doesn’t get wet inside. This adds another layer of concern since you don’t want to trap kitty in there so that he has a way to escape from predators.

Great, sturdy house
This is on a covered porch, so I cannot attest to how well it would hold up under harsh conditions. The door is not too large and placed well leaving plenty of room for the cats to get out of the wind. Even with the roof being double pitched, the velcro made solid connection with the frame of the house which isn’t always the case with velcro roofs. I’ve purchased many heated houses for a large feral colony. This is one of the best. The zippered roofs are the best for out in the weather. This one is the best of any design I’ve purchased otherwise. It beats the “wooden” houses hands down. I have many of those as well and they do not survive a single harsh winter and are too large to contain heat.
