Heavy Duty
This is a super heavy duty harness and great for my GSD. It is very well made with strong stitching and metal clips, making it near impossible to escape. This size does fit my 70lb GSD nicely with room to loosen/tighten and is easy to put on. It comes with some patches and has a large velcro area on the back to use those or add your own. I’ve tried many harnesses with her and this is the strongest and best made. A nice value!

Functionality great…well-balanced, dog likes it. Down side is a buckle that’s hard to use for a “leftie.” It’s a little warm., but the other factors are worth it. The metal lead holder & that funky-looking back loop are so very, very well-thought out! My former one was a pain when picking up; this one is well-engineered & the dog doesn’t get “strangled”!! And red is great!

I’m really impressed with this service animal vest. The material is high quality—durable yet lightweight and comfortable for my pet. It’s very easy to put on and take off, which is a huge plus, especially when we’re on the go. What really sets this vest apart is the extra rear strap; it keeps the vest securely in place and prevents it from sliding around, even during long walks or active outings. Overall, this vest offers great functionality and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Good quality for money!
The harness is perfect for what I needed and fits my dog well. The only reason it’s 4 not 5 stars is because I wanted a harness that went further down his back. This one isn’t much longer then the one I had previously. But the front is super reflective and and easily adjustable. It also has 2 rings to attached to the harness, the one in front is tucked into a pouch. I only noticed when I was adjusting it. It also come with 5 patches all are good quality and the velcro holds well. The handle is quite strong despite how it looks, that was one of my first concerns. My dogs 60lbs and I have no worries about him getting out of the harness or the harness not being strong enough to contain him. Honestly I am super happy with this purchase, I was between a couple harnesses and the price is what won me over. After using it a couple times I’ve come to notice it works better and is better quality then a few other harnesses I bought that were more expensive. He also has no problems moving around in it and for a dog that has odd weight distribution it fits him so well. Overall I love it and the merit badge patch is NOT INCLUDED in this purchase but can be purchased on amazon. (Just in case anyone was curious.)

I got this Dec 3rd and I’m writing this on Dec 9th. Last night I had come home to find my dog had ripped his harness completely down the backside. He is a black lab Australian Sheppard mix and he is 10 months. He is a big dog and apparently rough on harnesses. I did love the metal and 3rd wrap. Super easy to put on and size and fit great. It was also more breathable than his other ones and he could NOT slip out of this one like he could with 2 others. However, where the stitching was… I do not know if he lunged or pulled or what he did but he completely wrecked his harness. Everything is great with it except for the durability of the material. Not sturdy or thick enough for puppies or bigger dogs. If you have a calm dog or senior dog or not a pup that wants to run and jump and explore it could be great. The durability was just not a good fit for us. Hope this was helpful!

Sturdy harness
We adopted an older dog that was able to get out of her harness so needless to say we had to find something stronger. This is beautifully made, very sturdy and helps keep her warmer during winter weather. It’s really a beautiful harness and she proudly wears the USA flag patch which is included.

UPDATED REVIEW: The seller reached out to me to apologize for my experience and offer me a replacement. I agreed to take them up on it. The new harness arrived yesterday and the placement of the clip has been updated. The clip is now located mid–harness with double stitching on both ends. Walked my Basset the evening with no issue or fear of the harness failing. I updated this review in a few months. See photo of old version and the new version–notice the top clip.We have a Basset Hound that pulls like it’s a job. I like the 3 straps to prevent him from slipping out. Was very impressed with the harness until the main metal clasp became detached from the harness. The point where the clasp was stitched to the harness ripped and my dog got away. Very thankful we were on the surface streets of our neighborhood and not the main highway–he would have gotten hit.This happened after 3-months of usage. We walk him twice a day.
