Nice assembled size. Lightweight. Plenty of pet access.
Received the Feandrea dog hauler. I unboxed it and had it upright and ready to use within a minutes. Just pull back the spring loaded clips on the two top horizontal braces and insert together. I let it sit assembled overnight, and it was much easier to put the poles together the second time because the canvas had relaxed slightly.First thing you noticed is once assembled it is a nice size crate. Larger than simply reading the dimensions. I read mentions of a bad odor. Mine had a faint smell, but nothing that a new product wouldn’t have right out of the box.Three of the sides and the top have a zipper door access when rolled up, the screen is secured with Velcro to allow your pet access in and out if necessary.Small storage pouch on one end for any necessities required for your pet care. The floor has a nice fleece liner with a plastic bottom that is removable so it can be washed when dirty. The canvas and stitching are reasonable and about any concerns of the weight I do not see where you could make this much lighter without sacrificing strength and durability. I also have no problem with the compacted size. Because every time you make an additional folding joint to make it smaller, is one more moving part that could fail over time.Durability under practical use will be tested in the next coming weeks so if there are any flaws, I will update this review

Dog and Human approved! Made of durable materials and built to last
Love this collapsible dog crate!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Before reading further you should probably know a little about me. I’ve been a professional in the pet industry since 1992. From managing a pet supply store to operating a professional pet sitting service and breeding Tzus. Pets are my passion. I have been owned by Shih Tzu, Border Collie, Collie, Aussie, Livestock guardian dogs, Staffordshire Terrier, Chihuahua, Rat Terrier, mini Doxie (long haired), Beagle (larger hunting style), Bearded Collie, Lab, Shorkies and a variety of small to medium mixed breeds as well as a variety of cats. My thoughts about this bag and other pet related items are based on my current experience as well as previous experiences in the field. I hope that you find what I have to say helpful in making decisions related to your pets.Even if someone gives you a pet for free… pets are NOT “free”. They are NOT disposable. By reading the reviews you must already feel this way yourself. Thank You for taking the time to do the research and pick the best item for yourself and your fur baby.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I found this crate to be made with Strong materials: Steel Frame with what I would call “Super Springs” on the two uppers that you put together, zippers, fabric and mesh – All Top Quality and Durable!Size:I placed our 14 lb Shih Tzu inside and he has a LOT of space within the crate. He is crate trained and found this to be a relaxing space. The pad that comes with the crate offers some cushioning that he seems to enjoy. I can easily fit two bowls on one end of the crate with him inside if the need arose.I easily added another Tzu to this crate with him and they could curl up together or one on each end.We placed the 30 lb beagle inside and he fit in this M sized crate as well.~~The straps go from corner to corner and have reinforced stitching. With added fabric over the straps at the corners. This adds to the overall durability and stability of the crate. Most importantly to the straps. The straps are 1.25″ wide and a good thickness. There is a grip that is sewn into one of the straps and then velcros closed around the other to bring them together and give you a comfortable place to carry the crate. While the crate is closed, there is another handle on the side that you can use to carry it like a suitcase. Making it very easy to carry from car to inside a hotel room, air b-n- b or “grandma’s house” when traveling.I had our 16 yo son carry the beagle in the crate as I wanted to see how the bottom would hold – if it would stay nearly flat or sort of sag. Our son said it was not difficult to carry the beagle. The handhold was comfortable enough. The fabric bottom held nearly flat.~~The crate itself weighs a lot less than the steel fold and carry crates we have of similar size. This would work nice in the minivan during traveling where the crate can be sitting on a seat next to me or in the back. The seat belt can go through the crate handles to help secure it so the crate, with the dog inside, doesn’t go flying if there were an accident.I can easily access the dog/s during stops or at any point along the way using the durable zippers.~~There is adequate ventilation via the mesh sides so that the pets do not overheat. I can place a sleeping puppy (or senior dog) inside the crate and zip it up or leave it open enough that my hand could sneak in to calm them if the need arose. The cover fits VERY snugly over the steel frame. It is not loose and could be a bit difficult for a dog to find a place to bite through. However, the dogs that would fit in this crate here are crate trained and I do not have a chewer. So, I can’t test that theory out. I would not suggest using this type of crate to “crate train”. I also would not leave a puppy in it unsupervised. I don’t use the solid plastic carriers as I have found that they break more easily and dogs chew on them. I utilize steel fold and carry crates for crate training and transporting rescues and puppies when I am on my own or cannot be sitting next to them. If I can be sitting next to them and I know the dog is calm with me by their side, I would use this carrier as there are so many access points for me and I wouldn’t need to open an entire door… just unzip a small corner to pet them and help calm their anxieties or give them a drink of water.~~Clean up:This type of material is easy to clean up if there is an accident or a queasy passenger. for the most part you can wipe clean. For smelly issues, I would remove the cause, take it to the shower to hose it off, then wipe it dry. When Opened, it wouldn’t take it long to dry in the sun.The pad has a zipper closure. You can remove the foam from within, zip it back up and place the cover in the washer and dry on low heat. The foam is a type that can be wiped clean or hosed off in the tub and dries quickly. I have found this type of foam at the home improvement store in the insulation department if you wanted to replace it. It measures 15″ x 21.5″. It is 1/3″ thick. Perfect choice for adding stability and comfort. The interior steel frame can be easily wiped clean.~~While sitting here typing I have the crate about 2 feet away and have been looking at it to write about various features. I hadn’t seen our rescue Shih Tzu in a bit and looked inside the crate (I had left the front panel open). There she is, curled up inside taking a nap. She is 9.5 lbs – 12.5″ long and is comfortably occupying less than half of floor of the crate.~~I almost forgot to mention the storage pocket on the back solid panel of the crate. It measures 8″ wide by 5.5″ deep and is gusseted at the top to open up at the top to 1″ and is sewn flat at the grey skirt 2″ above the floor. It can hold treats, a small toy, leash and collars/harness.The instructions state to remove collars/harnesses and leashes before placing the dog inside the crate. I get it… closures, “D” rings, metal rings, “S” hooks, tags etc could get caught on the mesh fabric. However, personally, I would not remove collars or harnesses. I would simply make certain that there is nothing that could get caught on the mesh. I would utilize a harness that is soft and free of anything that could get caught and be certain to write all pertinent information (cell phone number, your name, vets name and number etc) on said harness in case of a car accident or the dog/cat escapes at a stop. A harness that has a small mesh pocket by a “D” ring that holds the tags is an option as well. There are many of options available.~~In closing, I like this portable dog crate for our crew. I feel it will come in handy on trips long and short. And I am finding out that at least two of my dogs likes to cuddle up inside to take a nap and it has only been here a few hours.Dog and Human Approved!

Most Functional, Portable and Compact Pet Carrier
As a former pet owner, I had a large sold pet carrier that was difficult to carry and store away. I am ready to adopt again and I wanted to prepared. I was thrilled to find this collapsible pet carrier. When folded, there is only 5 inches of depth and flat enough to store in a closet. The support bars are innovated with each having a slide to help the bars connect. It took a few minutes to figure out the best angles but with practice, it became easier. There are 4 netted openings: one top, two larger sides and one smaller side. All have 2 sturdy zippers for opening/closing and a Velcro latch for rolling up then securing the net doorway. I can easily see this carrier be used for travel but also as pet bed during temporary lodging. There is a plush bedding inside. The carrier has two handles that can be latched together with a Velcro handle. I am looking forward to becoming a pet owner and this carrier will be most functional.

Sturdy, Lightweight, and Super Convenient for Travel
I’m really impressed with this Feandrea collapsible dog crate. It strikes a great balance between being sturdy without being overly heavy, which makes it easy to move and travel with. The reinforced frame and thick Oxford fabric feel durable, and the mesh panels provide excellent airflow while still feeling secure.Assembly is genuinely a breeze — it took me well under a minute to set up. The crate folds down fairly flat, making storage simple when it’s not in use. I also appreciate the thoughtful design details like the four mesh doors for easy access, self-locking zippers, carry handles, and the thick padded mat, which adds a lot of comfort for your dog.Size-wise, my 75 lb bully fits great and seems very comfortable inside. That said, while this works perfectly for stocky or medium-height large dogs, I wouldn’t recommend it for taller dogs, as they may feel cramped standing upright.Overall, this crate feels well-made, practical, and comfortable for dogs without being bulky or hard to manage. I really love this thing and would absolutely recommend it for travel, temporary crating, or home use for the right-sized dog.
