I like to play with my cat with this kind of toy wand because the fabric is soft but durable enough that it lasts even when my cat bites it and tries to scratch it. The toy wand kind that is attached by string makes it too complicated to move since my cat doesn’t like random movements (he’s picky). I swing it left and right on the ground and my cat is engaged.

These toys are my cats FAVORITE toys. I picked some up randomly at a store when I first adopted my two cats. And she fell in love. I’ve been searching for replacements ever since then cause I couldn’t find them anywhere in the wild. Finally thanks to reverse image search I found the toy! She has been through at least 6 of these wands in 5 years. I wish they were cheaper, because I originally paid $1 for two wands in store. But it’s worth it to give me kitty her favorite toy.

Flimsy
These are fun to tease a cat but are pretty flimsy and seem they could break easily or that the fuzzy end will tear up quickly. The catnip filled fish is a thicker material and seems like it will hold up longer. Overall not a bad package deal for occasional use by one or two pets.

Cheap Plastic
The 2 poles are made of flimsy plastic that look like they extend (they do not). The entire pole measures about 13 inches, so you have to be very close to your cat to play. The additional catnip toy does have a scent, but I cannot verify whether the contents are catnip or not. Neither of my 2 cats have any interest in the catnip toy.These cat toys are worth about 50 cents, if that. Don’t waste your money.
