This leash works perfectly. Love that you can put it around your waist and walk your dog. But for me, usually I just tie it around my wrist so that I can use my hands but also have a grip on my dog.Very comfortable to hold and it is nice and thick so it is very durable. My favorite leash by far.

Catastrophically failed on first walk
0/5 Stars. Do not get unless your dog is under 30lbs! Even though it states up to 110lb.On the first walk with my dog, the buckle broke. Then the slider broke. Then finally the cheap swivel metal at the book broke, which caused my dog to run freely. This happened all in 1 walk! The parts are plastic aside from the hook itself.My dog is roughly 60lbs. He likes to pull and chase after squirrels. The buckle broke when he pulled. Then the slider broke right after. When he saw a squirrel he tried to chase it and the plastic or seemingly metal for the swivel bracket for the hook snapped and he ran off.For your safety, your dog’s safety, and anyone else’s safety, stay away from this product unless you have a small breed dog who can’t pull hard!

Not comfy to wear or hold, but Ok as a cheap leash.
This leash is pretty good. It’s hands free and even when clipped around your waist, there’s plenty of slack for the dog. It’s also pretty easy to adjust compared to other brands.But the leash is not as comfortable to wear hands free or hold as a regular leash. We rarely use it now.
