What if accessories are missing or the product is damaged? There is no monthly subscription fee, right?

How accurate is the GPS? There is no GPS signal indoors, right?
GPS drift is about 16 ft. For best performance: Place your fence in a wide open area(avoid tall buildings/trees).Recalibrate occasionally for better accuracy. No GPS signal indoors, but there is GPS signal in open areas outdoors in general.
What should I do before I use app to set up a wireless dog fence?
Use it outdoors in an open area for enough GPS signal1. Make sure the collar is full of charge 2. Dowload the PurpleEfence App 3. Enabling bluetooth both in mobile and the collar 4. Read user manual and see the guide video before the first use.
What if my phone loses connection with the collar due to distance?
No worries. Once connected to the collar’s Bluetooth, you can set up a wireless fence in the app. The collar will automatically reconnect when back in range, and it will still work with the set fence even if the app disconnects with enough GPS
I need to use wireless fence every day at least 8-10 hours. Should I charge the collar every day?
Yes. The collar can be fully charged in 2-3 hours, if you use it with GPS on, it is recommended to charge the collar once a day. With GPS on, the collar can work for 20 hours. The remote control can standby for 30 days.

Device not connected?
The training collar and remote work nice. My only concern is when I am outside with them and I open the app (with them nearby) it says device not connected- for quite a while and then eventually the screen will come up. When it says device not connected does it mean to my app or to the actual fence I created. Cause I believe my dog ran thru where he shouldn’t have just fine during this time without hearing it beep.

Electrical dog fence
This is a high tech device. The dog wears the proved collar which uses GPS to track the dog’s running area. The area can be rectangle or circle. Use a free app to set it up. If the dog gets out of the area, it produces warnings to the dog. There is another handheld device to monitor the activities of the dog. I am still in the learning curve, but definitely it is very interesting and fun.

I love that the app is free and comes with a remote for dog training. At first, I thought I’d have to keep my phone connected all the time, but thankfully I watched the video—it turns out that once you set up the fence outdoors, you don’t need to stay connected to your phone constantly. The real-time tracking has a limited range, but that doesn’t affect the fence’s functionality.
