Wonderful Game Changer on Shedding
Twelve years. We have complained to the vet about our dog’s incessant shedding for 12 years. The shampoos, the oil for their fur, the nasty allergy dogfood….Oh the money I’ve spent! Nothing helped. Until….Native Pet Salmon Oil…. It’s changed our world! Our sofa is no longer covered in dog hair! We don’t have to scrape the cushion with a pumice stone, vacuum, try the lint roller, and all the other abuse our sofa cushions went through before someone comes over. I can hardly describe the life changer this has been for us! Our bed and nightstand no longer have hair everywhere. There are no dust bunnies (made up of dog hair) lining the baseboards of the hardware floor. This really deserves 10 stars for our family.Yes, her coat is softer. Yes, her skin looks healthier. Her joints may be a little less stiff. But, the shedding is worth $1000 for us. We put 3 squirts per meal on her regular food (no more allergy slop that she’d turn her nose up to). That’s it. I can’t recommend it enough. Our girl is a Pitbull-Shihtzu mix, about 25 pounds. (Picture an overgrown dachshund with light brown hair.) It is 1000% worth the try for your dog!

My dogs love Native Salmon Oil. I put on their dry dog food every feeding and the gobble it up. I have only been using it for a couple months and I can already tell a difference. Their hair is soft and they don’t itch near as much. I feel this is really helping their skin. I will continue using this will all 5 of my dogs.

Glad they changed the packaging
A friend recommended we try giving our senior dog salmon oil to help with her skin and joint issues that comes with being a senior dog. It remains to be seen if it actually helps since we’ve just started trying it. I wanted to comment in my review that some previous buyers had issues with getting their product and it leaked when they received it. I think they changed their packaging. When I got it, the can had a screw top and the pump was separate. I guess the company saw the issue and fixed the packaging/shipping issue! My dog has not rejected the salmon oil, so that’s a plus too!
