Fantastic cat home!!
This house is very easy to put together.Very sturdy and definitely will help.Keep an outdoor cat warm and dry. The instructions were easy to follow, and the entire process only took a few minutes. It even came with two different types of plastic protectors to put on top. I’m not exactly sure why they would be needed because it is so very waterproof as it is. The heating pad fits absolutely perfectly inside and with the nice little hole.For the cord to slide through it is very easy to plug in the heating pad and keep the whole thing warm. I would highly recommend this product to others. I got this little cat house for a small feral cat that has been coming around for about a year.She presently lives underneath my deck, but the deck is gonna be getting torn up soon, and I did not want her to become homeless.I have set it out way in advance to try to make sure that she will have time to get used to the change. I do not know how much time she spends inside of it right now but it is her new favorite place to sit on top of and I have seen her go into it at least once. Where I live winters are only very cold for several days in a row here and there, and mildly cold the rest of the time.

Incredibly sturdy and good quality
We bought this for our neighborhood stray kitty in this winter season and have it underneath our bump out dining room window. It’s really really sturdy and was easy to assemble with incredibly strong Velcro that requires two hands to separate. The only downside is that our neighborhood kitty has yet to go inside of it; we have a trail cam trained on it and he has climbed on top of it underneath that bump out window numerous times, despite it being below freezing every night. Hoping he’ll use it at some point, but he seems to be enjoying laying on top of it so win-win.The inside gets warm, but I wouldn’t call it Heating pad warm, which is probably fine for a cat if our guy would actually go inside and find out. The cord is not incredibly long so we ran a good outdoor extension cord to it to be able to position it where we wanted to. The legs are nice and sturdy and we have them standing on bricks just to keep them out of any mud or snow. It has a front entrance with the awning and a bit of a divider inside to keep out any draft. The main part is a decent size for a large cat and could probably fit two medium cats comfortably. There’s an escape patch in the back; I think a cat would struggle a little bit to try and get in from the back. I’ve seen our stray going behind it numerous times so I think that’s how he’s trying to get in but hasn’t been successful. I still definitely give it five stars and come spring/summer, we’ll just disconnect the power and keep it up year round so he has a shelter.

Cozy little house — easy setup, just hoping my cat decides to use it!
The cat house was very easy to assemble — it only took me a few minutes with no tools required. It’s a compact size, perfect for smaller cats or outdoor strays. The heated pad works well and gives off a gentle warmth that feels safe.Unfortunately, my stray cat hasn’t actually gone inside yet. I’m not sure if it’s because of the door flaps or just because he’s still unsure about it. I plan to leave it out and keep trying since it seems like a great little shelter once he decides to trust it.Overall, I think it’s a good-quality product that does exactly what it promises — easy setup, sturdy, and keeps warm. I’d recommend it for anyone with outdoor cats, especially during colder months!

Sturdy – well insulated – worth it!
We haven’t used it yet but we have put one together so far. They’re super sturdy and I like that they have a divider in it / has a little doorway so they still have a clean exit or escape. We did get the ones that’s 2ish feet long with the heating pad.I like that the heating pad is very large and has a soft zippered case that’s easy to take off and clean and the plugin is encased in a conduit so you know the cats can’t chew on it and it’s safe for outside use.It did come with a pair of gloves to use to put it together and I think it is just for the poles that make its shape because it does look like fiberglass poles just like the ones for tents (just not painted)..The top does also kind of flap open and has Velcro on the other three sides it is very sturdy Velcro so it is a little bit harder to open but it’s really good for safety / predator reasons.It has two spots for cameras: one above the little awning for the entrance and there’s one on the inside where you would put the heating pad. We have blink cameras so it really worked out well for us.It looks like it would be fairly easy to store since you can take the poles out and fold the shell flat and may just need separate bags for the legs and the poles.The heating pad came with how much energy it uses, I did the math and I think our size would have been less that .10¢ a day.The only way to turn off the heating pad is to unplug it but we have thought that maybe the only way around this is to plug it in to those time to plugins kind of like what people use for Christmas lights. We live in Northern West Virginia so I really do believe this would be fine for what they need.

A good buy!
I have several cats that get into it. It’s not under roof, so it is waterproof. I taped the side opening open all the time. They don’t like getting into anything unless they have a quick get a way. I have several types of heated cat beds. They would not get into them until I either removed or taped the doors open all the time. The heater works well, I just wish it was the same size as the inside of the house. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Overall, a good buy.
