1. Soak the filter in a clean bowl of water for 5 minutes.

2. Rinse the filter thoroughly for 30 seconds.

1. For your pet’s health and a longer pump service life, we recommend cleaning the Water Tank, Tray, Foam Filter and Pump at least once a week.

2. If you have multiple pets, please clean the fountain and change the filter more often.

How can I maintain the pump to extend its lifespan?

1. For a longer pump service life, we recommend cleaning the pump at least once a week.

2. If the water fountain makes more noise, please check if the water level reaches the minimum level and if the impeller is covered by the scale.

What should I do if the water fountain is dispensing a low amount of water or no water?

1.Check if you have installed the Spout and the Filter Tray properly.

2.Check if the water level reaches the minimum level and make sure to refill the water to the maximum level.

3.Wash and clean the tough scaling on the water pump and the impeller.
