Great fountain. Really like the app!
My rabbit drinks a lot of water and prefers fountains. I wanted one specifically for my bedroom because it’s where he spends 95% of his day. (He free roams 24/7 but considers my bedroom to be his favorite space). The previous one I had in my bedroom I did not like due to the design causing water to flood my room whenever the filter needed changing. This one I’ve had 0 issues with. I love the app features and that it tracks how much water he drinks at each trip. (Which is free for those that are curious) I really like that it stores up to 3 liters of water and that the app gives reminders for low water and an easy way to track when it needs cleaning or the filters need changing. You can set the frequency yourself to your liking but it also has a standard setting of 14 days. Personally 14 days seems to suffice just fine for my rabbit. You can also custom set what water level you want to have as a reminder for when the tank gets low so you don’t have to worry that your pet is out of water at any time. That was a big deal for me along with reminders for cleaning/filter changing due to my semi busy lifestyle working 3 jobs. I needed something that would remind me so I don’t have to remember a schedule and instead can check the app any time. The app also will give you an estimate how many days the water in the fountain will last. (I assume that may be estimated by either the average your pet consumes over time or maybe it’s just some standard estimate the app provides based on what they think is average for a single pet’s consumption). The app also has videos to show you how to clean and change the filters for those who may forget how to assemble and disassemble it.I ended up convincing my mom to get one as well for our geriatric cat who drinks a TON of water due to his health issues. Now we can see how much he drinks and monitor his water intake. As for the noise, it’s incredibly quiet. Can’t hear it at all. It’s easy to take apart and clean and seems very sturdy. The light on it is very low and not bothersome at all. (I like my bedroom completely dark when I sleep, so any light bothers me)I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fountain that is reliable, simple, easy maintenance and a touch of technical support to make maintenance routines a thoughtless process.

Excellent Fountain
I got the water fountain in white a week ago and have been using it everyday. What I like the most about the product is its sleek design and functionality. My cat loved it at first sight. As soon as water started running she was drawn to it and started drinking! In the past, I had been using a huge ceramic water bowl. Although I change the water everyday, it’s hard to keep the water clean every minute, cat hair, dust, food debris will collect in the bowl over the day. With the filter design, the fountain is very easy to maintain and ensures that water is always clean for my cat. And I’m happy to be able to track my cat’s drinking habit and daily water in-take on the APP. The fountain is very quiet and produces no noise at all, this is something that definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall, I’m quite happy with the product. It adds a delightful, playful, and useful presence to our home.

Pay attention on set-up
I got this fountain for my 3 cats because, my older pumpless one would randomly stop working. I got the fountain and started putting it together and on the app it does say to have the base and your phone within 20 inches of your router. I tried several times where the fountain would be and it wouldn’t connect. But I moved it temporarily into the room with the router for set up, and it worked fine. I moved it back to where I was going to place it and just followed the steps. On the app I did make sure I turned the water flow on and I have it set for continuous mode.The cord they provide for power is nice quality. Braided cord USB to usb-c and a power block as well, and they provided a small cleaning brush. The power cord is a little shorter than what I would like. I have an outlet on my counter and the cord barely makes it situate on the base. Granted I assume any power cord could work.The app, does offer some additional features with a paid subscription, however I don’t want that or plan to us it for that. I bought this as a replacement fountain, it works great. It is extremely quiet, you can look at it and see the water coming out the top spout and not even hear it. I do like how in the app I can set it to send me reminders on cleaning, or refilling the water. You can customize the notifications for which ever ones you want. And it even tells you when a cat came to drink and how long and how much water. So for single cat homes that may be nice.

Nice water fountain, works very smoothly!
The water keeps on flowing smoothly and going down, no leakage at all. Works perfectly! The app has an optional subscription, which is kind of annoying but doesn’t matter that much. Haven’t had it for long so can’t say much about durability but it should work just fine. Also super easy to assemble because there’s literally just like three main parts you just put on and a few accesories, very simple. My cat seems to be liking it, although she does sometimes use the normal water bowl but that’s to be expected. App seems nice too but I haven’t tried it because I don’t want to dump all the water out for the calibration lol.
