Easy set up
Playpen was easy to set up and my cat loves it. I like the separate litter box room. We are a multi-cat family and it allows our cat to spend time with the family and provides a safe place for her to do so.

Perfect to use for new kitten getting use to home and also to use for space to keep after surgery. Love the space separate for litter box . Well made no problem with zippers. Works very well for my needs for my kitten.

Works good but not WP
This is also great for a small breed puppy however one reason I bought is because it says waterproof. The bottom where it counts IS NOT. It is more sturdy than octagonal pop ups because it has rods for the corners. I like the extra compartment to hopefully keep my baby from lying in her messes or messing on her blankets. You can add a washable waterproof pee pad to bottom which I did

I highly recommend this.
This is super nifty. I was able to put it up in about 10 minutes and I was big and sturdy and super affordable. I’ve never traveled with a cat before. This made it cinch.

Worth it for our recovering cat!
This was perfect for our needs. We had a female community cat recovering from a spay, and it was just the right size for her during the recovery period. We used the small side for a litter box and the larger side for a comfortable mat and bed for her to lay on while she rested and recuperated from the surgery. I will advise if you use it with a litter box inside to put training pads or a litter mat underneath the house itself, not just inside the house, to catch any debris kicked out at the connection area or the doorway, because our little friend was able to kick quite a bit out of the litter box we put inside. With the mesh connections and doorway it did create a bit of a mess, but that’s mostly because of her not really knowing how to do a litter box and figuring that process out. The product was also very easy to assemble and was up and usable within minutes. I will say it would have been easier to assemble inside the bathroom we put it in, because the width was just a little too big for our doorway into that room, so we had to disassemble part of it to get it thru the door. We are very satisfied with this product and could not have helped our community cat without it!

Not Worth the Price
I’ve bought several of these type of playpens and this is my least favorite. When I opened the box, there was a strong chemical smell. I had to wash it and spray it before I could put the kittens in. It took a couple of washes to kill the smell. The materials seem sturdy but my kittens were able to tear a hole in the netting already. Also it is not easy to clean. It isn’t easy sweeping the litter up and the bottom is stained from the litter getting wet. Mind you I haven’t gotten on my knees with a scrub brush but I suspect that’s what it will take to get the stains out. The bottom surface needs to be smoother. The poles used to hold it up keep slipping out of the pockets. Not sure if that’s a real problem but it’s frustrating. It’s a play pen so the kittens play with it. That includes them jumping on top of it and at least one pole slips out every time. The strong material justifies the price but the overall quality and functionality doesn’t. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone using clay litter or that have older kittens you are trying to contain. Oh it’s also a lot smaller than I envisioned with the measurements provided. I’ve very disappointed with this purchase.

Great playpen!
This worked perfect for my kitten that has a neurological issue. The big size was his bed and litter box in the small attached one. It kept him safe at night until he learned the layout of our house. Love it!

I got this Bufor portable cat play pen to take my kittens outside while my cats are on lead. We are slowly introducing them to their harnesses and the idea of a lead. But until they are large enough to not escape the harnesses they go in the play pen, to get outside time. The pen is a great size for two kittens. I love that there are two areas for them to be in. The play pen easily collapses and stores away. I truly love it and highly recommend it.

All in all, it’s pretty good. It’s a great design and there’s loads of space for my senior cat, who likes to chill in this little playpen to get away from the dogs and the humans who share his domain. The best part is that because we hop between our houses frequently, it gives him a little bit of comfort because he has a little, enclosed resting place that has his scent on it. When all the side flaps are zipped up, it keeps the puppies away so that my cat can nap in peace. Then, when it’s time to go back to our main house, the playpen is easy to pack up and pop into the trunk, and it’s super lightweight to carry.One thing to keep in mind, however, is if possible, make sure your cat’s nails are trimmed before letting it near this playpen. My cat was between trimming seasons and when he was inside the first few times, he scratched at the mesh in the window. Luckily I was able to fix it with some crocheted black embroidery floss to mimic the design.

My dog spends the entire day lounging in this playpen because he loves it. This pen fits his bed nicely, so I put it inside. It took very little time to set up the playpen, which was great. the material is stable and durable. Overall, the product is excellent, and my dog and I like it.

I ordered this BUFOR Portable Cat Playpen for our kitten’s spay recovery. The PVC pipe frame was a lifesaver against our mini Aussie’s efforts to attend to the kitten. (the pop up playpens partially collapsed when he put his feet up on it.) The canvas is a thick and sturdy Oxford cloth. It easily withstood anything the kitten tried. The mesh is also strong enough to stand up to kitten claws. Having a separate “room” for the litter made clean up easier and ensured litter didn’t easily end up in the food or water. There was enough space for a small fold out kitty couch, food and water, as well as her litter room. I LOVE the multiple points of entry…front and top. Our kitten was too clever, so we made good use of the locking clips on the zippers. It comes with a carrying bag for easy storage.Overall, we are SUPER pleased with this portable playpen. It’s easy to set up and take down. It was $135.99 at the time of ordering. It’s well worth the cost to prevent recovery complications from over-exertion.
