Perfect size. Easy to assemble. Nice little insulated house for outdoor cat.
I bought this hour get the feral cat that I feed through a cold snap. She went inside right away. It was easy to assemble and is nicely insulated. I added a little straw and it was a cozy escape. I like that it has an extra back “room” to keep her away from the wind that may come through the door.

Truly a worthwhile outdoor cold-weather cat shelter
I bought the smallest size (S) shelter and was pleasantly surprised.I have used 2 of these shelters to help abandoned cats in a nearby park in cold weather. For the price, this shelter is an excellent buy. it is light and portable, and assembles in 1 minute or less. It is insulated from the cold, and the cats’ body warmth helps keep the shelter a reasonable temperature in winter. I like the black color which keeps it from being noticeable to other people when set in woods or foliage.I set one up for a cat last winter and I would occasionally walk out to bring it food- it would be in the shelter keeping warm.I made 2 changes to the shelter. I put a heat reflective cat bed in it to help keep the cat warmer. I also put a couple of fist-sized rocks in the inside corners of the shelter to keep the shelter from blowing away in high winds when the cat wasn’t inside (the shelter is light in weight). It comes with 2 ‘tent pegs’ to help anchor it, but I felt better about having slightly heavy rocks weighing it down.User tips for strays and ferals-When setting up this shelter, I keep a few things in mind. You can carry the disassembled shelter in a typical plastic grocery bag to the location you want to set it up at. I put a bowl of cat food in the shelter so the cat gets inside to eat and realizes this is a nice crash-pad. When I set it up I make sure not to put the shelter in low-lying areas where water might pool. I put it next to a decent-sized tree so that if the cat has to jump out if a predator comes by the cat can climb the tree to safety. The tree offers more cover to keep the shelter hidden as well. Make sure you face the open door away from the prevailing winds in your area. As I mentioned before, I put a couple of fist-sized rocks in the corners to help weigh it down in storms and high winds.Overall this is a great shelter, especially for the price. I am buying a 3rd shelter to use. Recommended!

Warm but not very sturdy for multiple kittens.
It isn’t very sturdy- keeps the cats warm so that’s good but the sides tend to buckle. I’ll have to add cardboard inside to firm it up. Still, it’s a good product for the money.

NICE OUTDOOR PET HOUSE – INSULATED – WASHABLE – RAIN PROOF – COZY/SNUG
A solid black, feral cat adopted our yard as home in the summer of 2023. We named him Felix (after the cartoon cat). He is extremely shy and best of all, he leaves our wild birds and squirrels alone which also feed on our deck. We do not know where he sleeps but he is on our deck at dawn and dusk for his free meal of dry dog food very day, which he shares with our wild raccoons and possums (not at the same time).Knowing that winter is coming and it gets below freezing with occasional snowfalls of several feet, we ordered this insulated, weatherproof cat house for the deck. We added an old blanket and sprinkled a little catnip on it. Within two days, Felix went in and fluffed the blanket up and settled down for the night – our security camera recorded this.Over the first month, the cat house has been occupied by Felix, a raccoon and a possum on occasion. The outside temperature in October was frequently around freezing. The cat house roof is attached by Velcro strips that run all around the rim and can be easily removed for cleaning. It includes an insulated pad as extra insulation from ground cold. The walls and roof have reflective, washable insulation.Sadly, after the first few weeks, all the critters ignored the cat house. We guess they all have a preferred, totally private spot somewhere or don’t like the scent of other critters. I brought the cat house inside, cleaned and disinfected it and put it in the corner of our living room. One of our indoor cats immediately fell in love with it. Now that winter is here and freezing temperatures are back and possible snow will be soon, we have moved it back onto the deck. If it still goes unused, we will return it to our indoor cats. We are not inclined to stick it out in the woods – out of sight and out of mind.Apologies for the long review, but I felt our experience should be shared. We have a great love of our wild friends and enjoy providing for them. For some reason, Felix the Cat is the most shy of all the critters. Maybe a deep snowfall will convince him to snuggle down in his cat house on the deck.

La use para un gatito en la calle, es perfecta para protegerlo del frío, aunque su protección impermeable no es mucho de mi agrado pero si es útil.
