It definitely slows them down!
We were looking for an upgrade from flimsy slow feeder bowls, and this one fit the bill perfectly. The bowl’s depth encourages our pups to eat more slowly, and its weighted base provides excellent stability. The suction on the bottom is also a great feature, and we love that it’s made of silicone, so it can be easily thrown in the dishwasher.

Love this slow feed dog dish!
Highly recommend this dog feeding bowl. We were having a problem with our dog eating too fast. Then it would cause him to have digestive problems. This bowl stopped the gulping and our boy is dong much better. It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe! Love the suction cups on the bottom ! keeps the bowl from sliding around. It is a great design and we use it with wet food and it works fine. Well worth the money!!

THIS BOWL IS PERFECT FOR MY MIN PIN & CORGI MIX. PLUS I LOVE THAT IT IS DISHWASHER SAFE. MAKES IT EASY TO CLEAN. BEFORE THE BOWL, MY DOG WOULD INHALE HIS MEAL IN LESS THAN 3 MINUTES. THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY WORKED….HE NOW EATS SLOWLY, AND DOESN’T END UP WITH THE HICCUPS AND A BELLY ACHE

Honestly very good quality given the price. Minus one star because 1) the ribs aren’t strong enough when trying to mash chunky wet food into the crevices. So it really just sits on top, which defeats the purposes of the slow feeder. But it fits her puppy kibble size with no issue. 2) the suction cups in the back are meh. They work fine, but after putting this through the dishwasher and a puppy using it basically daily, they are ripping off. Not the end of the world, but annoying since it’s less than 2 months old

Game Changing Slow Feeders– Best Out There!
Dog bowls. That’s it right? Wrong! These are absolutely amazing, wow! I cannot recommend them enough. I have 2 super fast eating dogs and these have slowed them down tremendously! They are actually chewing their food and are not inhaling it. These feeders are super durable and made of quality materials that are safe to use and easy to clean. They are the best size for a lot of food (2+ cups) and the grooves are spaced perfectly and just deep enough to fill but able to eat out of. They are slip resistant and unable to spill due to the many suction cups on the back. They are a godsend and affordable as well! Great product, thank you! I definitely would order again as these have way exceeded my expectations.

Holds about 1 1/2 cups of dry kibble. But works fantastic and sticks great to the floor
Bought for my golden mix who seems to vacuum inhale her food. She absolutely hates me for it but it takes her 20 minutes to eat dinner now compared to 20 seconds. She has to work to get her food out of the slots which I love because she now has to take her time. I feed her 2 1/2 cups of dry kibble that soaks in warm water for about 5 minutes. I mash it a little bit but it holds most of it. I’d say it can hold about 1 1/2 maybe 2 cups at most but I just mash it in and put the rest on top.

Very suctiony! Keeps the bowl in place when dog is eating. The bowl is sturdy I’ve washed it in the dishwasher a lot. My Dog is super rough with it and it holds up! Love this item. Good quality, good price.

WONDERFUL product!!!
If you have a hyper dog, (or any other dog), you need this! I love these bowls so much I ordered more. I smear some canned pumpkin, green beans, chicken broth, and some dog food nuggets and pieces of chicken into the bowl, then I freeze it. It takes my spastic Border Collie 35 minutes to eat her dinner! And after she eats, she’s very relaxed. (I will also tell you I feed her mostly real food that I cook, because every dog food we’ve tried makes her even more hyper. She’s calmer when we feed her chicken, carrots, pumpkin, hamburger, etc…). So anyway, both of my dogs seem more laid back since I started using these bowls. I ordered more because I want to have a few frozen and ready to go at all times. Also, these don’t hold an entire meal for my dogs, because I add liquid to freeze it, which takes up some of the space in the bowl, so I do give them a little extra chicken in addition to what fits in the bowl. But honestly, these are just perfect!! You can fill them less to make a snack, and add water, so it’s just a cool snack that keeps your dog busy, and you can also use them for meals. My Border Collie is in DESPERATE need for activity, and these bowls are a huge help. On bad weather days when she misses her walk, I can use these with just a few bits of carrots and some water, as a way to keep her occupied. And these are easier to clean than her KONG toy. At least in my opinion, they’re easier to clean. And in addition to helping her be a bit happier and calmer, this is also a health benefit, because she’s not swallowing heaps of food without even chewing it up.

Our dog is a super fast eater. We’ve used other slow feed and they were okay, but we needed some g to slow him down more. He is figuring it out, but it still slows him down. The grooves are good for his food because they’re small kibbles, but I don’t think large kibble would fit in it. He was able to get his head under it and flip it before we put food in it, but thankfully he’s too focused on the food to do it while he’s eating. The suction is good though, it doesn’t budge while he’s eating. LOVE the colour, it’s adorable!

Its hurts my dog’s mouth and gave him rashes around the mouth so i stopped using it after 1-2x only too bad you can’t return it because you have to pay for shipping to return.
